I asked for his help a month ago, and never heard anything back, and when I asked him again he just blamed the shifting of the pad, but did not offer any solutions or to come out and have a look. We have a couple of cracked union nuts that he wrenched down with a tool even though it says hand tighten. I wasn’t going to blame him for them cracking!
