“I did my research, joined a spa owners Facebook page, asked around, read a lot of reviews.. and thankfully Brittany Power (Georgetown store) from A-TEX reached out to me and told all about the company and its great reputation!! I was getting overwhelmed with so many companies, and she made it easy! I also met with Tammy at the 620 store and she was so great as well. Wulf the delivery/electrical guy is super cool and knowledgeable, he will shoot straight with you to set the expectation, so that you understand your options and feel confident in your decision. I’m super happy! (The Whirlpool ranks as Top 3 manufacturer in the US, and the MX5 is the perfect swim spa for our family!! I heard it’s better to go with a deep one if you can, so I did.. and OMG I’m so glad I did, HUGE difference having deeper water to swim and float around, instead of other shallow swim spas with the benches that take away so much space, this really feels like a temperature controlled pool!) Also, I asked a gazillion questions and they never lost patience with me LOL on the contrary, they told me I was super smart for asking questions since it is a very large purchase, which made me feel so much more comforta”

“I went to a national pool company to get my pool water checked because it has been cloudy for about a week. The advice I was given was to drain a third of my pool and that should fix the cloudiness in the water. I then went to a second location from the same national company and the sales rep there told me that the other guy was stupid and didn’t know what he was talking about. He told me that because of all the dust in the air there was nothing that would help clear up the water. I then went to A-Tex hot tubs and pools. I was told by a young lady to add X amount of ounces of this chemical and after 12 to 24 hours my water would be clear and everything that was making the water cloudy would settle to the bottom. This is exactly what happened except it happened in 6 hours. I will never go to the national chain again.”
