“From our very first meeting through the final walkthrough, our experience with Cody Pools in Georgetown was outstanding. Mike did an incredible job designing a pool and spa that fit exactly what we were envisioning, and he was knowledgeable, patient, and never made us feel rushed during the process. Jody kept our project running smoothly with excellent communication every step of the way. Even with a few rain delays, the project stayed on schedule, and the job site was always clean and well organized. Anytime we had questions or concerns, they were addressed quickly and professionally, which gave us a lot of confidence throughout the build. Once everything was complete, Andy took the time to walk us through all of the equipment, making sure we understood how everything worked before he left. We couldn’t be happier with the quality of our new pool and spa, and the entire team made what could have been a stressful project feel easy. We would absolutely recommend Cody Pools to anyone looking for a builder that delivers exceptional workmanship, great communication, and outstanding customer service.”

We hired Cody Pools of Georgetown to build our dream 15x30 pool with an attached hot tub, and they absolutely crushed it—completed in under 2 months from start to finish! I was blown away by how smoothly everything went. The communication was next-level the entire time. From the first day, we received a binder of all steps and constant updates via text, email, and photos so we always knew exactly where things stood. No radio silence, no surprises—just clear, consistent info that kept us excited and confident every single week. What really set them apart was the project manager, Jody Draper. He was on-site almost every few days inspecting the progress personally, checking every detail, and making sure the crew was delivering top-quality work. You could literally see the steady, impressive progress week after week—no rushing, no delays, just professional, methodical construction the whole way through. “We had a really great experience with Cody Pools. Mike was super helpful with our design and helped us come up with the perfect pool for our small space. Our Project Manager, Dom, made sure everything ran smoothly. We were lucky with the weather and the stars aligning and were able to finish way ahead of schedule. I’ve heard horror stories from other people who have built pools and can honestly say we didn’t have a single issue. Dom and Mike were both great to work with, quick to respond to our calls/texts/emails and made this a really great experience for us. We would highly recommend Cody Pools!”

“We had to change our coping and waterfall tiles as they had started cracking just after a couple of years due to poor quality of materials used by the original installer. Contacted Cody pools and they were able to come take a look, give us a quote, walk through the material choosing process, getting the remodel schedule and working every step of the way until project was completed. Their website for project management was also very helpful in keeping everything in track. Big shoutout to Mike and Travis who helped ensure smooth project completion. Our pool has a new and beautiful facelift! Highly recommend Cody pools for any pool related projects you might have!”

“We recently had an inground pool and spa installed by Cody Pools, and overall we had a great experience. While the permit process took longer than expected (which we knew could happen), the actual build time was great! We worked with Blake for sales and design, and he was fantastic. He really listened to what we wanted and helped us refine the design so it fit our space and style perfectly. Ryan handled the construction project management, and he was equally great — very responsive, always on top of the schedule, and quick to answer every question we had throughout the process. Despite the long permitting wait, the quality, communication, and overall experience made it worth it. We’re very happy with the final result and would definitely recommend Cody Pools.”

“Absolutely fabulous job! Mike our salesman did an amazing job helping us make our vision come to life. He was so responsive and able to answer all our questions. Then we were with Jody who was the construction manager and he was amazing! He gave us a bunch of updates and once again answered all our questions was very communicative throughout the whole process of the build. Even all the contractors were very professional and so nice and got their jobs done and worked so hard. We now have our pool and we are so in love we cannot thank Cody Pools enough for everything!”

“If your looking for a Pool Company, there are plenty to choose from, but if your looking for Pool professionals then use Cody Pools, Working with Kai out of the Georgetown location was our best decision, There is nothing not to like when Kai is on your corner, we also had Jody as our Head of Construction, Both were there from Start to finish. If we had to do it over we would never look anywhere else. We are in the process of landscaping our yard, so we will try to update pictures when we are complete, Their Prices were very fair, others wanted us to get somebody else to do the decking etc. We wanted a turn key job at a fair price and that is what we got.”

“Zach worked closely with me to bring my vision to life, and the final result exceeded my expectations. The project moved quickly without sacrificing craftsmanship, and Dominique was always responsive, ensuring everything met the highest standards. I couldn’t be happier with how the pool turned out.”

“Cody Pools built us a wonderful pool in record time.. Our build took approximately 2 months beginning to end. Mike was our designer and gave us exactly what we had in our minds. He also was very quick and accommodating with any alterations we wanted to see on the design. His experience and recommendations were also extremely helpful in the design process. Jason was our construction supervisor and he also did an amazing job. We knew exactly what was happening on each day of the build and how long it would take. Every part of the build went exactly as scheduled, from the dog all the way to plaster. Anytime I had a question or concern, Jason was quick to resolve the issue. Everyone I have dealt with at Cody Pools Georgetown from Design to Pool School and everything in between, has been extremely communicative, knowledgable and helpful. I would absolutely hire them all over again.”

“Cody Pools has been great. From the very beginning with Mike Livingston designing our dream pool to our Superintendent, Jody Draper, making it all come together. Mike worked patiently with us and made sure our design was exactly how we imagined…all the way down to the gap between the floating steps. Jody pieced everything together and made the pool come alive. We had a few issues along the way, as we all do with construction, but he was prompt and got it taken care of as quickly as he could. He was also very patient with me as I asked a million questions. We are extremely happy with our backyard paradise and can’t thank Mike, Jody and staff of Cody Pools enough. We also want to give a quick thank you to a family friend, Lori Marshall, for her hard work behind the scenes in the construction office.”

“Cody Pools has been excellent to work with. From our initial impressions meeting and working with Kai on the design of our pool to the very end with Dominique on the construction side. Kai is awesome. Super personable guy to work with and discuss design options. He will not try and sell you on things you don’t need and listens to what you actually want. I truly believe he just wants to build you the pool that you desire and if you need help envisioning what that is he is there to offer suggestions. Our design came out perfect and it’s exactly what we wanted. Dominique is very responsive during the construction process and keeps the job moving and keeps you informed along the way. Of course there are things that will pop up during the construction process that you may not have thought about before or maybe want to change and Dominique and Kai are very receptive and make it happen. The crews are excellent and respectful of your property and do their best to leave it the way it was when they came in. The process was very painless from the homeowner side as Cody handles all the permitting etc. The construction will vary obviously depending on what rock is in your yard and how deep you ”
