“Logan was initially incredibly helpful, but after I paid him hundreds of dollars for a new hot tub cover, he stopped responding. I messaged and called him for months with no response. It looks like I’m not the only one that has happened to.”

“I hate to do this because my first impression was very good. However, it’s been a month since Logan came to first fix my spa. He determined that it needed a new pump (which he installed) and a new circuit board which was ordered. As of last week the circuit board had shipped and was due on Friday June 20th. Logan texted me and said once he had the circuit board he would schedule a time to install it either Saturday or Sunday. I’ve heard nothing since and he has not responded to my texts. I’ve tried calling the number listed on Cowboy Spas website, it appears to be disconnected. I emailed Logan and Alexis as well trying to get information or a return of the $450 I paid for the circuit board. I cannot recommend Cowboy Spas. I’m out $1200, my Spa is not working and it appears Logan has ghosted me. I did not expect this after his initial visit.”

“Horrible service. Never returns phone call or text msg. Constantly misses his appointment. Logan told me pumps are broken, later find out through another company nothing wrong with the pumps. I paid $1000 deposit to buy new pumps that are meant for the my hot tub, later I find out he got knock off brand pumps for much cheaper price. Using excuses like his VOIP phone service is not working because broken water pipe. Do not use Logan / Cowboy spas.”
