Contacted Emergency Pools from Google and was expecting the typical receptionist treatment, instead, greeted by Kaleb who had a refreshingly kind, down to earth personality. Kaleb was early to the appointment and quickly identified a faulty outdoor outlet that had tripped the breaker for the pool light. Since is was a simple fix and took no time, Kaleb wanted to treat the fix as a favor at no charge. But out of good grace, I offered payment as a token for his time and positive attitude.”
