“This company staffs the lifeguards for our neighborhood pool and this is the first year I’m comfortable bringing my kids. The lifeguards are very professional and so far are doing a great job maintaining a clean and safe environment. We are particularly pleased with Ximena at Barefoot pool. She made a point of knowing my children’s names, and has been helpful with incidents on more than one occasion. She is always polite and friendly and makes a point of saying hi every time we visit the pool.”

Emil Millet is a diligent worker and knows what to do in any situation. He makes sure that everything is set up and everything is neat on the pool deck. Logan ambraz is a very hard worker. He shows up early and stays late to make sure everything is nice and set up. Logan is always making sure that the patrons are having a good time. He is always enforcing the rules but still making sure that the community is having fun.”

“Called the emergency line twice yesterday evening regarding imbalanced chemical levels- not sure the exact level of chlorine but I’d imagine it was at least 5ppm. Caused damage to clothing and respiratory irritation in one of my children. (Another child had the same reaction while we were there). I was not in the water, but it definitely smelled strong (I should’ve just left, but I figured it was safe since it was on). I was able to get through to the city of Hutto who were on it right away and shut off the water. I finally received a call back today and was informed that Equipt Aquatics was out there last night as well as this morning working on it with the city. It sounds like everyone will be monitoring the splash pad more closely now to get everything sorted out and back to proper condition. The owner was very understanding and agreed that it was a high priority for them as well; that they were doing everything in their power to resolve. I hope the developer, the city and Equipt aquatics can work something out to finally fix the splash pad efficiently and safely.”
