“Pretty disappointed with this company. We were looking for a new Pool Service and saw this one in our neighborhood, and thought we’d reach out to them. Call them up scheduled for them to come and give a quote and meet with us. They told me they would be here at two. I had an appointment which I made it a point to make quick so I could get back before two. (Because I respected people’s time ) Came home 1:30. Then 2 Came around then 3 4 5 6. When I reached out to them to see what had happened, they informed me that the Pool tech got to my gate. COULDNT GET IN MY GATE SO HE LEFT! I live in a neighborhood where People are constantly in and out of the gate. Plus, the reason I found them as they were driving around my neighborhood!!!! Plus, even if I forget my clicker, I don’t only have to wait like two minutes for someone to pull in behind me. So that was a ridiculous excuse. I was home. I had the capability of respecting their time, but they had no respect for mine. They had my phone number. They could’ve easily called me. I would’ve given him the gate code.. “I’ve used pool chem in the past and the service from the tech has been good. My only complaint is when you call to schedule a visit. The lady I spoke with constantly talked over me and never let me finish speaking. It always seems when I call for a repair it’s automatically the filters that are a problem, which i understand they do have a big impact on your pool system. But my husband cleans them and that was not our issue. But she continued to state that it was probably the filters and that it would be $160 to clean the filters plus if that was not the issue $160 for the service call. I called another company who spent 45 min with me kindly on the phone and got my pool system back up and running and never once said it was my filters. Moving forward I will take my business there, as they actually stopped and listened and helped me with the problem over the phone instead of talking over me.”
