“Today our service technician announced he would come in about 45 minutes and arrived over 1 and a half hours after that. I have guard dogs and I need to lock them inside if the pool is maintened. I wasn't thrilled about that. He laft the gate to the pool open and the dogs almost leaped into the pool when I opened the back door. He also is very slow. I understand that it's brutally hot, but he takes at least twice the time that other pool technicians took to check and add chemicals and brush. He didn't backwash or had to vacuum. I have no idea what takes him that long. Just happy we don't pay them by the hour. And the poor dogs have to run from window to window the whole time. So far the pool is nicely maintained, except last week when it was cloudy after service. Another technician had to come and check and put flock in and my husband had to vacuum the next day. He was not very happy about that either. Other than that, Poolie has a good grip on our pool. We appreciate it.”
