“I had called before I came requesting info on Muriatic Acid and got the best help I could get. I was unaware who I was speaking with until I came inside the store. The same person that assisted me over the phone, ended up helping me in store. Keith was the most polite and courteous person I ever met. Very engaging and respectful. He was very pleasant my entire time in the store… Well mannered I might add. Thank you Keith for providing me with the BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE possible. Because of you I will continue to shop at Leslie’s..”

I went back to ask for a refund for the $30 and Charles only refunded $20. He said the system would only allow him to give $20 back. The sign clearly said $549 and he agreed with me about the posted price but he could only refund $20. So I took the pool sweeper back for a full refund and will buy one from Amazon. He had a terrible attitude with me.”

“skip the visit and go to HUrst location instead. brought my polaris to get fixed, payed 150$ still didn't work, it was returned with missing screws, missing pieces, brought it back only to be told it would be an additional 240$ to fix....??? took it to Hurst location and it was the easiest fix no hassle. save a headache, don't go here. nice folks tho, service...needs improvement”

Considering how much competition there is and that their pricing is so much higher than online, There personal service and good advise should be top notch and it is not....too bad.”

“Took the pool cleaner in for repair fully expecting the both the "we can't fix this" or "it will be a week". The guy not only said "no big deal" and clearly communicated the repairs, after tax cost, called with a small additional item and completed the work the same day. Wish I remembered the employee's name - fabulous service.”
