“I wrote that review shortly after we spent almost 20K to have our pool redone. I should have waited. In less than a year the liner failed and pulled away from the sides, the pipes had a leak and woud constantly flood and they broke the auto sweeper when servicing the pool.Matthew Blackmon would not repair the issues, refused to come back out and did not honor the warranty on the work done. He should not be in business!! BUYER BEWARE!!!! Matthew and his crew at ASP are AMAZING!! These guys have gone above and beyond the call of duty more times than I can even count. The work done on my pool was efficient, quick and way beyond expectations. My pool is gorgeous!!! “I burned up my pool pump and decided to have ASP replace both the pump and the old sand filter. I ordered a cartridge filter and a new pump. Paul came out to install the filter and pump. Not only did he do a great job, he went above and beyond by rerouting the plumbing to the pump that had been installed in a way that made moving around the pool house difficult to do without risk of tripping over and possibly breaking the pipes. He made it much better and very easy to move around. He even came back the day before Christmas when I noticed a small leak at the seal of the cartridge filter housing. He reseated it and showed me how to do it when the time comes to replace the cartridge. I am so much happier with my new filter and pump. It works so much better than the old sand filter. It really makes it easier for me to enjoy the pool, rather than being annoyed by it.”

“Shelby Beech came to the house and diagnosed my swimming pool problem with ease. The minute he got out of his vehicle he already knew the problem from the get-go by listening to the pump noise. He was very helpful and explained what I needed to know and what to do to remedy the problem. He even showed me how to open and clean the cartridge filter. A very courteous young man, professional, and knows what he is doing. He is an asset to the company. Keep up the good work sir! “Great experience. ASP helped me replace a liner and upgraded my salt generator. They helped me determine the liner previously installed was the wrong size and they worked with the liner company TARA to get the right size liner. The prep was great; they fixed the cracks and made sure everything worked properly. The installation crew, Frankie and Brian were real professionals making sure to clean up as they worked and fully explained everything I needed to make sure the pool operated properly. “ASP came out about 6 months ago for a vacuum and chemical balance check and did a wonderful job for an affordable price. However, I recently called them again bc I needed a simple vacuum and chemical balance check (just like before) and this time they rescheduled my appointment or just didn’t show up for the past four weeks and now they want to charge me 2 1/2 times what they charged just 6 months ago. I do a LOT of pool maintenance myself and the pool is in great shape other than just a few leaves. I am EXTREMELY disappointed in the constant rescheduling and/or no shows and the price is just OUTRAGEOUS. Use someone else if you have a choice!”
