They ask some questions about saltwater use for our small pool we want need to set it up. Told her to use Clorine tablets cause we have small pool, seem don’t want further help or guide about Saltwater. They seem will help you more if you buy their one of their pools. Well we plan to for next year, oh well not…..we get somebody else”

“My experience at Clearwater was nothing short of amazing! I’ve never owned a pool as an adult so I had no idea what chemicals are needed and how to care for one. Amanda was my tech who tested my water and wrote a VERY detailed list of everything I needed, what to do, how to do it and when to do it. I asked a million questions and she never got annoyed with me. (Or at least didn’t show it 😂). I’m so grateful that she took her time in explaining everything to me. I now feel confident in keeping my pool clean. I highly recommend this business for all your pool needs whether you’re experienced with pools or just starting to learn like myself.”

“I do actually like this store. They are well stocked and for the most part the employees are kind and knowledgeable. With that said, I am a little disappointed with my last visit (hence the 3 stars). I had my water tested for my above ground swimming pool and the instructions given were not accurate (I believe the person who assisted me was new). I didn't mind that as much as the employee (I believe they were a manager of some kind, don't quote me) that treated me as if I didn't know anything about anything. I found that particular experience a bit off-putting. However, I will return because again, they are generally knowledgeable, helpful, kind, and they keep the store clean and well stocked. At least, for my needs.”

“As a first year pool owner, the staff and products they have are remarkable. The staff is super friendly, and has no problem testing my samples at all, numerous times in my first couple of weeks. And letting me know what it takes to get it right. One employee that really stood out was Michelle, She was on the ball, very versed in this business. She went out of her way to explain what chemicals react and what is needed to clear pool up. By golly she had me the clearest I have been all summer by following her step by step plan. Great customer service, and has to be an asset for sure for the company. The whole staff is great, but Michelle really cared as if it was her own pool she was treating. I will continue to buy all my pool needs there, just because of that friendly customer service type attitude, and all of the water sample testing they do for me. I think that is the right thing to do. Michelle thank you, and the rest of the staff for all you do!”

“Purchased a pool about a week ago and Barry was our sales person. I can’t begin to tell you how knowledgeable he was on the pool and products he sold. I would recommend anyone interested in buying a pool to go see Barry. “I have used Aqua pool for several years always very helpful. We decided to buy a bigger pool this year Michelle was and has always been amazing. She was the only person that could help me get my pool clear. Michelle was very informative with my husband and me being undecided and wanting 2 different things. I was disappointed when I went to pick my pool up and was told she was no longer with the company. If anyone knows who she is working for now please tell me. I give 5 stars because of Michelle. I was not satisfied with the employee that helped me when I picked the pool up. I was wanting to buy more products because I am not very close to the store and was told just bring a sample in when I started putting water in it.”

“UPDATE: Manager made things right. He apologized, first of all, for my issues. He got me a credit for my time and gas to get my missing things on the day of install (which helped pay for chemicals we needed). The manager had the installer come back and fix the buckle on the one panel. And he gave us a coupler and silicone to change the one pipe on the pump so it can be disconnected if needed. Told me if I had any further issues to email him directly. Thank you for making these issues right. Purchased a $7k 24' above ground pool. Used installer sales person said was more reliable. First, he was 3hrs late from what time he told me he would be here to install. Also, when we picked up the pool from Clearwater, they didn't give us the sand for our pump. On the day of install, I had to drive down (an hour one way) to get the sand because I couldn't get anyone to answer the phone there to tell them they should bring it to me - their fault it was missing. Guy who loaded us said it should all be on the skid. He didn't check anything. As I'm leaving, my husband called and said there was 2 couplings for the jet that was missing. I had to turn around and go get them. Then I had to wait in lin”

“Michelle is amazing!!! My sister got a mew house with a green pool. I went in and was instructed to go get a water sample. I got back 20 mins to closing, but Michelle helped me get everything I needed to get my sister’s pool back to a beautiful and healthy crystal blue. It was the best home warming present ever!!! The instructions they gave to take care of the pool have been super helpful!!! What an awesome local business!”

Changed my review from 1 to 5 after Clearwater took control. ……………old review……………..Tried to help when explaining chemicals I purchased from aqua pool company had insufficient amount. Attitude recieved from worker was belligerent and inflexible. I did not ask for a replacement or refund. I just wanted them to know their vendor was misrepresenting their product. All the people that work there except one female have been helpful and friendly. I now drive 10 miles out of my way to get my supplies at Dibs. I don’t think I am the exception in aiming this move.”

I already had a pool, but they do water testing with a machine so i always know exactly what and how much to add. They also have a large supply of pool merchandise, hot tubs, pools, etc as well as grills and bbq seasonings.”

“This place is getting 2 stars which is generous for the following reasons: This is my first full season of owning an above ground pool I purchased through them in July 2016. I've been back and forth with them sometimes 1-2 times a week trying to figure out why pool was turning green, clean, then back to green within less than a week. Every time I went was like explaining the first time over and over again. I was always given some new reason for the problem, but never a full solution. I even asked for a recommendation for someone to help clean the pool and was told those people do not clean above ground pools. I eventually found All Out Pools who provided amazing low-cost dependable service and told me my only problem was all the chemicals Aqua Pools has been telling me to put in my pool was actually causing tremendous amounts off trash accumulation, horribly dirty filter and a motor working over time and crapping out in a year's time. Which brings me to my second problem with this company. We brought the motor in to ask for assistance since we only had it for 13 months (not to mention barely running it in winter months) and was told the 1 year warranty had run out and there ”
