“Mike has been providing superb pool cleaning for years. He is courteous, always on time and has saved me aggravation and cost by fixing small problems before they escalated. He serviced the pump and knows his trade. He has been doing this for many years and knows his trade. Very professional!!”

“If I could give Mike a negative star I would. He’s serviced our pool for almost a year and brings a we’re fine. However he came to our house unannounced on a day he normally does not come and brought a stranger with him. I looked in my backyard and saw him and some women standing there and she was showing her our pool. When confronted he said she just wanted to see some of the pools he took care of. When he came back for service the next day, I asked him politely to ensure he doesn’t bring strangers to our home. He no showed on me the next week and when asked he said “no comment” as to why he was no longer going to service our pool. No warning or anything. I’m convinced he did something to our pool as it’s green. We have filed a police report and would never do business with him again. EVER. anyone that is doing business with him I would be very careful”

“After another pool repair service no-showed on me, I called Mike on the evening of 7/21/20 about having a pump fitting repair done. I left him a voicemail. He called me back that evening (I was impressed by this) and he confirmed that he could fix the issue. We agreed that he would arrive at 10:00 AM the next morning to do the fix. After the call, I texted him pictures of the repair needed along with my address. At 9:55 AM the next morning I received a call from Mike saying that he couldn't find my home and that he was going to be late for another appointment. He said he was too frustrated and out of patience trying to find the house. He said he's from Brooklyn and "doesn't have time for this s**t" (still not sure what that had to do with anything). He also said he got the parts but was too frustrated to do the job and he then referred me to another pool repair company.”
