I reached out to Devon after being frustrated and disappointed with several other pool services. She was transparent about her company's pricing and policies. Following our conversation, I received a copy of the policy, pricing options, and expectations of both the company and the pool owner. My pool is cleaned and maintained weekly. I receive an email with before-and-after pictures and all chemical levels. In addition, the email includes instructions to help me maintain the pool throughout the week.
