“I moved into a new house, and this was our first time owning a pool. After making some minor repairs and painting, it took us a little over a month to move in. By that time the pool could have passed for a pond. Jessica helped me get my pool back in order and gave some great tips for pool maintenance and care. I would definitely recommend them and will continue to use them in the future.”

“I had a $90,000 pool/spa built. They “forgot” the plumbing to the gas heater. All enclosed in concrete now. I’m out an additional $3000 trying to fix it. No such luck. Still have not made good on promise to fix it with more expensive electric heater 14 MONTHS after completion! I have a glorified kiddie pool. Called and emailed manager/ owner, no response. Do NOT recommend”

“Still waiting on a quote for pool light repair after calling them 2 weeks ago. They also took $250 upfront. When they finally did come out (after rescheduling due to weather), we did not hear back from them. When we called the next day, the person that answered said there were no notes on the work order and would have to call us back. When we finally were able to get ahold of the person that gives the quotes (reportedly James is the only person that does this) they reassured me they would call me back. It has been a week since then, and he has still not called back. Supposedly he went on vacation after I talked to him, but I was reassured again that he should be able to help once he returned. Most of the time when I do get in touch with the front office, the person that is supposed to give the quotes is unavailable. I have been very disappointed and disheartened by this experience.”
