“Wow, spoke to employee, assured me he would be open until 12;00pm, despite store hours 9 till 6. We arrived at 11:35 am. Store was locked up. Rang the phone repeatedly, no answer. We drove from Poplarville, only to find employee closed store, despite him being aware we were on our way. Update: employee contacted us to say he was at the store. We were still in the area and returned to the store.”

“First let me say I have shopped at the Hattiesburg location several times before in the past, the majority of the time there has always been some sort of issue or poor service ranging from employees refusing to honor competing discounts to just plain out poor work attitude. So, to add to the list, today at 2:00 on a Saturday I arrive only to find they are closed! No sign on the door explaining etc. Just simply closed! After reading other reviews, it seems that my experience isn't the first time this has randomly happened. Seriously, and companies wonder why physical chain locations are closing, well this type of stuff certainly doesn't help keep stores open!”

“Went to our local Leslie‘s pool and spa here in Hattiesburg, Mississippi at 9:15am no employee in the store. Two other customers and myself waited for 15 minutes for an employee to come into the store. We were inside the store. The store was unlocked. When the employee finally made it to the store, he was rude. Not helpful Will not be back”

“On September 2nd I had finally decided that I needed to ask for professional help to get my swimming pool back in swimming conditions. So I went to Google and Leslie's was the first place that popped up. I called them and they were very welcoming on the phone told me to come in with a sample of water and they would do the best they could to get me going. I am so glad that I did. When I arrived there were 2 workers, an may I say both parties were so pleasant to have met. They both went over an beyond to see my needs met and i understood how to use the product s i had purchased it truly was an amazing experience. Now days it's hard to find a place of business that has such helping employees. I definitely recommend this store and will definitely be making this store my pool supply store! “Arrived at the store at 4:45pm and the doors were locked. The hours on the door read Sunday 10-6. I called twice and no one answered. Based on a previous review from another customer, there is a problem with this location following it’s posted hours this weekend. I have had good experiences before but after seeing that the store has had a problem staying open, I don’t know if I can rely on this location to serve my needs. Very disappointed.”

“The staff are fabulous at Leslie’s in Hattiesburg!!! They have been super helpful and being a woman, I’m always skeptical of being taken advantage of. This was the exact opposite. James inquired about the pool pump issues and identified everything that could be the issue. Turns out it was the cheaper solution. Leslie’s has a customer for life!”

“Been using Leslie's all summer. Send someone there to pick up a list of chemicals. Instead they send what they thinks best. Checked our water knowing we just put chemicals in an still insisted we need chemicals we didn't need. I called to work out the problem an the lady was rude. Still telling me what I needed to do to the pool. I been servicing an building pools for almost 10 years. They have lost my business for sure. An the lady hung up on me.”
