I recently hired Jeremy to replace my pool lights and upgrade my pool panel, and what was already a great experience turned into an exceptional one when things went sideways. During some other backyard work, the power lines running to my pool were accidentally cut. Without missing a beat, Jeremy stepped in, helped me understand exactly what needed to be done, and played a huge role in getting everything back up and running — all on top of the original job I’d hired him for. That kind of above-and-beyond service is rare, and he delivered it at a fair price with a smile. If you have an older pool and need new lights, Jeremy is your guy. He carries a fantastic alternative brand that matches the big names in quality and warranty, but at a significantly better price point. “Jeremy just finished our pool heater installation. He kept in contact with me about everything, arrived on time and completed installation within 4 hours. He explained the operations of the heat and we turned in and it reached temp very quickly. He was professional throughout. On his website, it states “when you call Baker Pool Reaper, you get him personally. The whipped cream on top was the BEST price out of 4 different pool companies that we reached out. “I had to leave another review for Mr. Baker. Don't you hate when a salesman talks a good game then drops you after they have your money? That's not what happened with Mr. Baker. I pushed some wrong buttons and screwed up my system. I texted Baker for help. Within minutes he FaceTimed me to walk me through how to get everything back online. A few days later he stopped by my house just to make sure I wasn't having any issues. I previously left a review saying how happy I was with his work; but, his follow-up and follow through is like nothing I've ever experienced. He is a great pool guy and an even better person! After overpaying for an incompatible heater from Leslie's Pool Store, Mr. Baker came to my rescue. During his 15 minute assessment of my situation I learned more about my pool equipment than I had in the last 5 years. He gave me several options, didn't attempt to oversell me, and installed a new heater at a great price within days of giving me a quote. I attempted to use the new hot tub on the evening after the install and it did NOT work!
