“I would give it zero stars if possible. This is not the first time I’ve had issues with the store. Fast forward to the current issue..We purchased a Polaris pool cleaner in June 2025. Had a warranty issue And took it in on April 1. As of today, it is still not repaired They never answer the phone when you call No email communication as they proclaimed to do Today on May 16, 2026, I was on hold for 47 minutes trying to check the status of the cleaner (it became personal) Had time to drive to the store only to be told It was not repaired that the parts still needed to be installed… The parts that I was told two weeks ago would be there the next day. The guy knew immediately who I was so if they’d answer the phone he could e relayed that info… I could’ve saved a trip up there. As soon as I get my pool cleaner back, I will never return to this location. I will drive miles to avoid this location, and the guy who works there who is unprofessional and condescending to women.”

He worked with us diligently to find the best prices including discounts for a propane heater and installation. He went above and beyond his responsibility as a store manager. “Joe the store manager at Leslie's Pools in Atascocita is a definite asset to the company. He is extremely hard working and very knowledgeable regarding pool/spa issue and how to resolve them. For years, I could not get my hot tub water balanced properly.Joe was the only person out of three Leslie locations, whom suggested that I purchase an attachment for my water hose that would calculate my hot tub water gallon capacity. I did so, to my dismay, my hot tub was only 325 gallons and Spa Man(where I purchased my hot tub), stated that it was to hold 450 gallons of water. After years of struggling with balancing my hot tub for a plethora of years,I'm so fortunate that Joe was the problem solver and savor! I have noticed for numerous years that the phone, computer and the printer are frequently having issues. The fault does NOT have anything to do with Joe! I have inquired about these repetitive problems and they are reported to corporate and in my opinion, it is "the powers that be that " drag their feet to resolve these issues! “This location USED to be great with the prior management but now utter incompetence. Took our Polaris pool cleaner I , it has been in the shop more than in our pool and will never buy another Polaris product again but that’s another review) and was told they would let us know what the issue was in a few days. Over a week later they said it needed tires and bearings. Now bear in mind it wasn’t moving and the wheels rotated freely which is indicative of drive train issues not tires or bearings but then again I am not a pool cleaner specialist. Fast forward I paid for the pets and was told the tires needed so t be ordered that it was 3-5 days. I called the following week and requested and update and they were unable to do so but we’re going to get someone who could to call me back the next day. Never happened. Two days later I called and same story never got a return call. This happened no less than 5 times. Finally called and was told the hold up was the bearings. What they specifically told me the bearings were in stock but hd to order the tires. Obviously no one has a clue at this location. Now over a month since I brought the unit in for repair and called to be told it was on the ”

“The Manager and his Assistance really are the most helpful people. We just had our pool installed and they have answered every question I have. Their knowledge and willing to help and suggest I can not say thank you enough. Yes the price for some of their products are higher then other stores but for they knowledge is priceless.”

“I dropped off my Racer pool cleaner at Leslies (6) weeks ago, (April 1, 2022), for new gears; every few weeks I go in to check on it because they WON'T call. Each time I go in they state parts need to be ordered, they've told me this 4 times. One time the repairman told me "I knew you'd be coming" so he knows this is unacceptable. I had choice words with them and they stated that they'd get on it and contact me. That was over a week ago, no word, no repair. At the writing of this review it is May 12, 2022 and no racer. I've been a loyal customer for 25 years, and previous staff were very helpful, but not the present crew. Update: 05/12/22 I lodged a formal complaint with the corporate headquarters, the manager contacted me several days later and advised he'd order the parts and conduct the repairs free of charge, that was 11 days ago, its now 5/21/22 no answer on the phone and no repairs, its been 8 weeks. “Had to go get some gaskets for a leaking Pentair valve and needed them NOW! These folks had everything that I needed and a great attitude to boot. The young fellow - Robert - who worked with me was most helpful and gave installation advice and made sure that I had everything I needed. 45 minutes later - crisis averted and no more leaks. Excellent service and they had what I needed. Thanks!”

“We go to this location because it's close to home but we're done with that! We have a beautiful above ground pool with a deck around it and maintain it like an in ground. We were looking for a hose today and were told "we are not an above ground pool store". However I called the other location near deerbrook and they have the hose we need and were so helpful! The manager could have offered to check at the other store or possibly order it instead of immediately turning us away because they're not an 'above ground pool store.' There's lots of stuff I could buy there for my above ground pool but they just lost my business.”
