I came into Pinch a Penny after a few months of us trying to maintain our pool on our own after a string of poor maintenance service from various companies and out of pure frustration. Nick took the time to share his expertise by testing our water (very precise scientific method, the guy knows his stuff) and instilling confidence in us by letting us know, we have the ability to manage our pool on our own and told us everything we need to do! As a woman, I am used to being told or sold things that are unnecessary, particularly when something is out of my league and I am fully relying on the expert to tell me what to do. Not with Nick though. He never tried to sell me anything unnecessary and spent time telling me the most cost-effective methods to manage my pool.
