“I thought I had an issue with my Pentair Pool pump. Some contractors reached out replace pool pump, rebuild your motor. I sent videos to them and Mirror Image Aquatics, they were the only to stop by and visit to give an evaluation. We later found some simple wild grasses and debris to make contact with my fan. Issue resolved fast, quick and honest. A great company.”

“I was quoted a horribly high price and spent three weeks trying to communicate with them that the job was not that involved and to just charge me for the time it takes to do the job. I was even willing to pay a 2 hour minimum at 135 an hour even if it took them 30 minutes. They came back today with a 6 hour minimum. That was three weeks later after I did all of the footwork for them. Completely unfair and not customer oriented at all.”
