“this was cleaned 7/23 no rain today is 7/29 haven’t been able to get in two weeks what a joke of a company mind you the pool was already getting like this the week before when they came out I thought it would get better. It just got worse the pool is on a weekly 🙄schedule. I asked to have someone to come look at the problem and just got excuses and were not coming out till the next service day some people claim the owners are so nice how disgusting . Trust me go elsewhere.”

The owners, Steve and Libby are incredibly personable and knowledgeable about maintaining pools and ensure that all your questions and concerns are addressed. They are honest about what you truly need to buy/what you can wait on and have been very helpful since the first day we went in. I highly reccomend going to them with all of your pool care needs!”

“Gassshhh this company has been cleaning our pool since we put it in 2 years ago. I have calcium build up in 1 spot and the guy never cleans the pool good. I’ve had to call a couple times for different issues and if it’s not one thing it’s another. My pool isn’t even big! Terrible job. Don’t recommend, currently looking for a new pool cleaning company.before they say they have no record of me as a client it’s because the account is in my fiance David’s name. The couple times I called the people I talked to were nice( just like others have said) but that’s not helping me with the clean pool.”

“Love this Place. If I could give them more stars I would. My pool was looking pretty grim going into summer. They gave me two options. Have one of their pool maintenance people come out or explain how to and do it myself. I'm a hands on type of person so I had them explain everything to me and 6 days later my pool was as clear as could be. I was extremely proud of myself and happy with the knowledge they gave me. Anytime I have a question they've got the answer. I go in for regular maintenance needs and before I can get the words out their already grabbing what I came in for. I would 100% recommend this company and will be a life long customer.”

“Bad attitude, aggressive behavior towards my mother.(thanks steve llang) And poor accounting skills to the point of thinking we are trying to steal from him. The work done was acceptable at best. A D.E. mess was left that could damage cement sidewalk. Just avoid these people. Update: had pool fixed by integrity pool repair, and learned you people installed the chlorinator backwards. That's why the pool was green and the filters went black again. It seems you are unable to fallow a directional arrow.”

“Terrible service we left for a couple of weeks and when we got back our pool was in terrible shape our filters were filthy and algae had taken mover this company refused to refund our money I’m having to do the work myself to Undo the damage they did. When the technician came out I told him that I already cleaned the filters and he didn’t have to worry about it. He went back and lied and said I cursed him out. So needless to say this is a terrible company.”

I never feel they are trying to sell me any unnecessary products - unlike other pool store. I feel they genuinely care about their customers! Glad we made the switch to Pinch a Penny!”

“This is a horrible company! The second time they came out to clean my pool nothing was cleaned! No vacuuming no chemicals not anything done! Called the owner he told me they didn’t have to clean it at all it looked good! Paid for a month and now there just making money off of me! Hsd to cancel pool service ask for refund he blew me off!”

“Needed to get my pool cleaned up and filter cleaned. Ethan came out and did a great job! He was very professional and showed me the filter before and after he cleaned it up. The guys at the store were very helpful setting up the appointment and answered all the concerns I had beforehand. I would highly recommend for a pool and filter clean. “The owners, Steve and Libby, are really nice people, and Steve seems to really know what he's doing. I met them before officially opening their store, and hired them to provide weekly cleaning service. After several weeks of their service, I noticed my skimmers didn't seem to be getting cleaned, and the pool water wasn't well balanced. I checked the skimmer and pump baskets a couple of hours after one of their cleaning visits and found the baskets were not cleaned at all. I took a water sample for testing and the water chemistry was terrible. When I stopped by the store, Libby said they would stop by the next day to clean the baskets (which they did). After I spent $400 on chemicals to get the water balanced, I chose to terminate their services. Their weekly e-mail is a form e-mail with all of the things they are supposed to do (but clearly don't) and a picture of the pool. There is no access to the water test values. Overall, I was disappointed and don't feel I was getting the service I paid for.”
