“Great company to partner with for our first pool. Nick took every consideration of our view of the pool into his design and patiently worked with our million mind changes along the way. When it came to explaining cost/price we found Mirage to be competitive yet fully committed to doing the build “the right way” (not to mention they were our 5th quote) During the build phase we were thankful for the constant communication and on-site presence of Mason (PM) and Bryce (APM) when it came to times crews would show up and what they would do. Every text/call was answered promptly, even the random last minute ones on weekends. 10/10 review and would build again with them.”

“We just finished our pool in April. Mirage was amazing. First, Tyler was a great consultant to work with. We had a price in mind and he kept us there through the whole process. Mason was our project manager and did a fantastic job. We went from breaking ground to water in pool in less than 90 days. It even froze 2 days after the dig. “Had a great experience with Mirage. Initially we worked with Tyler who did the best job of all the companies we spoke with in coming up with a really nice and unique design. Mason, our project manager was outstanding to work with. Communication throughout the project was great and the entire project was done in around 2 and a half months (They even worked around some of our existing landscape without causing damage). Even after the completion of the project, Mason has been good about helping with small items/questions that pop up. Have been dealing with Julie recently with a couple of minor warranty issues and she has been very friendly, responsive, and easy to work with so far as well. If we were to go back through the pool selection and building process, we would go with Mirage again.”

“We recently moved to Texas and wanted a pool for our new home. We found a house in Prosper that had the most amazing pool, however, we were outbid. When we finally found our home although there wasn’t a pool I asked my realtor who built the pool at the house we did not get. It was Mirage Custom pools and I knew I needed to go with them. I did my due diligence and got 4 companies to design and quote for a pool and spa. Mirage did not only have the best design, they were also the best price. “I called several pool companies and only a couple returned our call. Of the 2 Mirage was the most professional and worked with our schedule to come out and give us an estimate. Our pool need small repairs but they treated us with respect of any of their bigger customers. Pricing was fair and the work came out perfect. The crews that came to do the repair worked with our dogs and made sure not to leave stuff lying around. My wife liked that they paid extra attention to the yard and her flower beds. “Quality work. Had an outdoor kitchen built along with pool. Everything is great. They took the time to teach me the pool equipment part. I did have an issue with our Quartzscape Barbados Blue finish. Mirage resolved this quickly though and the color and look of my pool is exactly what I was looking for. They stood behind their work.
