“This location is the only one we’ve been to but the only one I’ll choose. The staff is so helpful and knowledgeable. They never are trying to upsell or “pull one over on you”. Every time we hire outside pool cleaners, it’s a complete bust. Leslie’s always pulls through for us.”

“Can never get anyone on the phone. If you visit the location, you’ll see why. They often only have one person working with a line out the door! This use to be a great store with very helpful employees. Not anymore. They need to hire more employees and have at least 3 people working especially on the weekend. Last Saturday, the store was a mess with boxes everywhere, they had no replacement filters and one employee working. The line of people was ridiculous. Been shopping there 13 years. Then went online to place my order- the app wasn’t working and the order wouldn’t go through on my computer. Something was wrong with the website. So I had to call to place a $400 order for filters. They wouldn’t accept my $30 perks reward because it wasn’t in customer services “scope”. What a ripoff and scam. I’m done with Leslie’s.”

“Deeply disappointed in both the service and outcome of a pool pump repair. They ended replacing only some of the parts on a leaky water pump and then returned the pump without telling us that everything has not been fixed. They then blamed on the rush to why the pump continue to leak after their repair. Would not go to them again as we feel that they were not upfront and then continued to make excuses afterwards.”
