“Bud came out to clean our filter and he went above and beyond that service call. After he opened the filter, he noticed the main pipe was broken off inside and he personally drove to their equipment distribution canter (45 min each way!) to obtain the part so he could fix it that day. He then made sure that another tech came out to vacuum our pool (because of the filter issue) and he didn’t rest until our pool was sparkling clean again. We will definitely use Bud and Poolie again!”

“I would not recommend. They were phenomenal as Pit Stop but the level of service declined over the years and I was a customer since 2021. They over charge for the level of work, they do not go above and beyond for their customers. The weekly Pool cleaner always did the bare minimum. After I complained I received before and after pics and a summary of the work done but I should not have to complain for that to happen.”

“HIGHLY RECOMMEND AGAINST USING THEM!!! I dumped them several months ago, but felt It was important that I leave an approriate review as they offered me 50% discount to come back. NEVER! We were clients for years with the former owner prior to Poolie's acquisition. After basically changing all of the equipment out, with the exception of the heater, on a pool 15 years old, Poolie determined my heater was non functional. As I am an avid runner and use it daily, I knew this was fictional. Long and short, a greater than $2000 quote to fix something that was not broken! Their "technician" had messed with the schedule to make it appear non-functional. The GM stated "learning lesson" which I appreciate, but that was one of a list of items. ironically, pool has never looked better since I have changed from them and fictional work still not completed.”

“Our pool was in serious TLC and as first time pool owners, we had no idea what it actually took to maintain one. Visibly, the water was perfect, however lurking within, the pool chemistry was dangerously off. I got on Yelp to find professional help and Pit Stop Pool Service fit the bill. Everyone from Sheri (office) to the service technicians, Edward, Kyle, Ricky & Alex have been pleasant. Knowledgeable, friendly and professional. Our previous pool guy wasn't doing the necessary things to keep our pool safe and ready for enjoyment, needless to say, we did have to drain the pool, clean and start fresh. Now that we've hired PSPS, we trust they will keep our pool well maintained, safe and we're definitely looking forward to finally enjoying a nice swim in our new pool.”

“I was plaqued with all the problems in the book. Mold- black, mustard, and of course green. My chemicals were impossible to balance and I could not keep chlorine in my pool. Pit stop sent Allysa to give my pool the face lift of the century. The before and after photos are INCREDIBLE. They depict the drastic difference from before (disgusting!) she touched anything to after (very last photo) as she made the impossible, possible. No algae in sight (starting it was COVERED in algae)!, clarity after she cleaned our filter, and balanced water which makes our swim comfortable and so enjoyable. We cannot thank pitstop and allysa enough for transforming our pool! What we could not enjoy before has become such an incredibly inviting atmosphere!”

“Technician never takes the robotics out of the pool. Never clean the robotics basket. I have asked at least 15 times but they never. Terrible service. They always give me “lip service” but no real service. Don’t use this vendor. You’ll be disappointed”

“This was the first time David was at our house and we had a lot of hidden skeletons that he had to find with our pool system. David did a great job, didn’t oversell anything, and got us up and running for family in town for Christmas and for that we’re very grateful. “I started with Pit Stop and was really happy with the service provided. I pay the bill, they clean and maintain the pool. Exactly what I wanted. With Pit Stop, the pool was always spotless and no issues. Starting early April, the pool wasn’t clean. They would empty the skimmer baskets and report on water quality, but the pool was left dirty after multiple “cleanings”. Dissatisfied with the service, I notified Poolie I would be canceling service and going somewhere else. That’s where this should have ended, and I wouldn’t be writing this review. At the final cleaning, after notification of cancellation, the tech broke off a valve handle that he did not need to actuate in the process of doing his job, did not refill the chlorine dispenser and turned it off. Upon finding the valve being broken (same day as cleaning), I notified Poolie of the issue. After multiple follow-ups, we are stuck waiting for feedback from the gm with no urgency to fix their mistake. If you are reading this considering starting service with Poolie, I would highly recommend that you go somewhere else. There are plenty of companies that do better work and charge less.”

“Pit Stop was very prompt in responding to my initial service request. Brent and Paul were prompt in showing up and their service was prompt and done well! My pool pump was not fully priming and It ended up being a simple fix with an actuator valve o-ring replacement. I had called another pool company earlier who came out and wanted to cut some of the PVC around the pump and reconnect. So impressed with Pit Stop and they have earned my service moving forward! Great job!”

“Aaron is fabulous! We have gone through several pool cleaning companies over the 20+ years that we have had our pool maintained. Most cleaners spend 10 - 15 minutes to clean the pool despite the time of year which require additional attention. Not Aaron! He spends whatever time it takes to clean our pool. When my husband recently had knee surgery and was unable to do additional tasks prior to our regular cleaning, Aaron would provide assistance to help us out. We are very happy with Aaron and his hardwork and dedication!”
