“We hired Total Pool Care to resurface our pool, and Gustavo and his crew were great to work with. The crew completed the resurfacing in two days, and they came and brushed the pool multiple times for three weeks after the initial work, creating a smooth and beautiful finish. Gustavo was extremely responsive to any questions or concerns we had. He even personally checked on our pool and equipment during a weather event we had during the post-resurfacing process. We highly recommend Total Pool Care and Gustavo and his crew.”

“I requested a several visit pool cleaning to get the pool very clean for my new tenants and the pool cleaners drained the pool very low, didn't fill it back up and barely cleaned it. I received an invoice and when I went to the house after their supposed final cleaning I saw the pool was drained below the pump waterline and while the top looked clear the bottom had a thick layer. This happens when pump is off for a few days. When I called to ask about this they said they have pictures to prove it is clean and they left it functioning and if I don't pay the full amount they will take me to small claims court. I have pictures that prove otherwise and so I guess we'll see. I even offered to pay for what they did do but they just threatened. This place seems to be a complete scam. I don't see any other way they could treat me like this. It is sad because the first guy I met was great but idk if that was just to pull me in. Not a good business plan though as now im going with someone else.”

Of particular note today: early morning New Year’s Eve… temps in the low 40’s… a pool filled with debris from our extensively wooded lot… but EDDIE WAS ALL OVER IT! Despite the weather conditions, Eddie was tremendously diligent, thorough, and aggressive in attacking the task. The result was an incredibly sparkling pool. “Recently had an issue w our spa losing water level. Troy and the techs, Kevin & Jonathon responded promptly, diagnosed a BPV leak and repaired. As usual they were wonderful and communicative! Thank you Total Pool. We resurfaced along w some remodeling our pool w Township/Total Pool and they did an outstanding job! Casey Lee, the sales representative knows his stuff and is honest & reasonable. They were on time, fast, efficient and quick to take care of any issues, which were very few.
