Unfortunately, we started construction at the beginning of the pandemic which caused it to be a long and drawn out process that took a total of 12 months, but all pool companies were having similar challenges. The design by Michael was fantastic and we absolutely love the finished product. “COT refinished our pool in 2024. Very unhappy with the final finish since it doesn't look at all like the sample we were shown (see attached photos). Our contact, Greg, tells us this is "normal" but is difficult to believe. We were also told that COT closed down in the middle of August, 2024 but we've not yet confirmed that. “Stay away from this company. All their good reviews are mostly from their friends and family. Read the bad reviews and you will see what type of service they provide. Pool install took over a year and a half. The project manager was fired and they put the blame on him. The pump they installed cracked after 1 yr and they came and installed a new one. 10 months later the pump broke again. Their person in charge of customer satisfaction and warranties did not properly keep track of the install of the replacement pump. So since she failed to do this and my pump broke again after 10 months. They are refusing to fix it because they don’t have a record of the installers. So now the burden is on me to fix something under warranty because of their negligence. Stay away and use a different company. Go see the reviews on yelp more accurate”

“This was the first pool I built so I had a lot of questions. Craig or Dave (project manager) always responded quickly and answered all my question thoroughly. I was always kept informed of the progress and any possible delays that might happen (there were no delays).
