As we do not live in close proximity to Dickson Bros. he told us to bring in the pump and if possible, they would try to fix it while we waited to avoid a second long trip. Zach and his technician did a fabulous job of getting the pump repaired while we waited. It was a wonderful experience and kudos to Zach, the technician and everyone at Dickson's for their outstanding service. They've always been very helpful assisting with our pool needs. Come see them for all your pool needs! They'll get you set up! 08/05/2024- They assist with learning about pool care and they make it easy. Great service and knowledgeable staff. 06/21/2023- I decided to give them a another shot. The staff did a great job assisting us. Steven tested our water and gave us instructions on how to use the products we purchased. I was very pleased by his attention to detail and vast knowledge in pools. Our pool is looking a lot better now. We will definitely go back👍👍 They have a bit of everything. The staff was friendly. They were pretty busy when we went. We didn't have to wait long to be helped with replacement parts. I can say they need assistance in the servicing department, because the only person (Travis) was too busy to assist us in a timely manner. We ended up just walking out.”

“I needed my roughly 10 year old pond to be helped as it had developed leaks. So why not update it in the process!!:-) Travis and Luke came out, took measurements, heard my wants, discussed my options and forwarded us an estimate within a few days. Next thing I know, we're submitting a signed contract so they can start work once we get back in town! What can I say...Travis, Francisco, Joe, and the crew arrived and got down to business. Next thing I know, I've got a great sized safe haven not only for the 3 fish, but Bob the Turtle, while they're doing reconstruction! At the end of the project, I've got a gorgeous pond that the fish and Bob are thoroughly enjoying. Francisco, Joe, and the guys are phenomenal in their craftmanship and execution of my hopeful wants when it came to bringing the design to fruition. “Great repair shop! We were having issues with our pool pump and our regular repair shop quoted us over $4000 for the repair. Gave these guys a call l, took them my pump, and $800 later, we were running again. Definitely switching to them for my future needs. “$2000 robbed! 1st they rebuilt my pump, only to be told they turn it on just to see if it works. They come out to hook it up then tell me the motor cant keep up, it keeps turning off. They added $180 worth of chemicals before hooking up pump to see if it works. No common sense applied there. Then they take the pump and motor back to the shop to test it. I now have to by a new motor. They tell me to come get it and I paid, no military discount, they said they dont support. Ok fine. I bring it back, they tell me another $365 to hook it up with no garuntee if it works and all the chemicals are wasted I have to buy them again. So I get a certified electrician and licensed plumber and im missing the 90° connector and 2" and 1.5" pvc unions because they left it at the shop. They kept my property of my old motor that still worked just not for that load on the pool. Then said I might be able to pick it up if its not thrown away. Wait! What?! Thats my property! My business partner in my restaurants is an attorney. I AM FILING SUIT IN CIVIL COURT IN MESQUITE. They stole parts, motor, pvc parts and left the wires bare in the timer box and power supply line. FIRE HAZZARD! And they knew it ”
