Leslie's Pool Supplies Pro
Pool Service Pro · Mesquite, TX
About
Leslie's Pool Supplies Pro runs pool service and repair work out of its Mesquite Texas location. The business stocks chemicals and parts while offering water testing along with advice on pool maintenance and repairs. Staff at the store handle questions on salt systems and supply items needed for basic upkeep. Managers such as Ino and Ben along with workers like Marisela and Kristy show up in customer accounts as the ones who deal with these tasks day to day.
Pool owners describe bringing in green water that needs treatment steps explained on the spot. Salt cell warranty checks get started with same day calls and follow up the next day to confirm coverage. First time cleaners receive guidance on the right tools and chemical doses from Zoe Kristy and similar workers. Pump parts like capacitors also come up when customers seek replacements instead of full unit swaps.
The store keeps regular hours for walk in visits and handles phone questions about product use or system status. Staff make return calls when tickets get logged for older equipment checks. Some accounts note quick answers on stock and pricing while others point to longer waits or pushback on older parts that may require outside orders. Service stays tied to the Mesquite address with no mention of wider travel.
Google shows a 4.3 rating from 105 reviews. Recurring notes cover staff knowledge on chemicals and pool fixes along with mixed experiences around certain employee exchanges on parts or past shortages.

What Customers Say
“I been to different locations and so far this location is the one that offers the best customer service. Thank you to the team for always answering our questions and being so helpful.”
“We had salt cell issues on 3-15 and we didn't know if it was under warranty..Maricella went out of her way to explain how it works when you add salt to the pool..Then she called my husband back (followed up) same day and explained how there system has been down but put in a ticket to follow up because they only go back a certain amountof years. Then she calls us back on 3-16 and let's us know its under warranty..This is what I call good customer service..but she's always nice and have a happy attitude no matter the time of day..”
“Zoe and Kristy were both really helpful answering my questions and helping me find the correct item I needed to clean our pool for the first time”

“Very nice customers service”
“Went to this Mesquite store and asked an unexperienced clerk a question. She was very sweet and said I needed to ask Ryan H. All he was interested in doing was arguing. He all but called me a lier. So I returned the items I purchased and will never shop Leslie's again. I rather pay more somewhere else than ever shop there while he is still there.”
“Needed much help with my green pool and Marisela was in such a hurry and appeared to want me out asap. Called a little later to make sure how much baking soda to add. I wanted to ask another question, but she hung up. Where is the customer service anymore.”
“Ben the manager is so nice to talk to and is very professional . He deserves a 1000,000 points for his hard work he does for his customers . What a awesome manager and we will tell everybody to use him . Thank you Ben , Clyde and Brenda Cornell .”
“Marisela, at Leslie’s was amazing!! She helped me so much with my green pool. She went above and beyond. I really appreciate the effort. Leslie’s is a great resource for pool owners.”
“My husband and I went to Leslie’s in Mesquite today and Ryan was ok at first. Someone else came in the store and was also looking for an old part that was obsolete. I told the man that I had the part and he could have it because we had to replace the filter due to it being very old too. Ryan flipped his lid and starting yelling at me and told me to leave or he was going to call the police. I was in shock and asked him what was the problem he said I was soliciting. SMH, Calm down Ryan, You said yourself that you can’t order the part and told him to go on eBay, but when I told him I had the part and he can have it for free you lost it. By seeing other reviews about Ryan, It might be time to move him along or retire him he clearly has terrible customer service. I feel bad for his coworkers.”
“I can't say enough good things about store manager Ino and his team, very personable and always greeted with a smile by Marisela. Thank you so much for always helping me diy my pool and steering me in the right direction, in the most cost effective way. Ino and his team and their knowledge of pools are the reason I continue to use this location.”
“Went this morning to get pool water tested the manger there whit slow guy was working. I said oh wow y’all have a lot of chlorine tabs !! He proceeds to say o have always had them have never not had any. I was like yes you did during covid times there was a shortage everywhere. Even had a notice on y’all’s door out of chlorine. He still insists I am wrong and he was right. Wow! Love how he argues with the customer. He has always been so rude!!!!”
“What is wrong with this Leslie's? Second time we have had trouble with an employee. The person did not seem to want to sell anything and all he did was argue. We needed a new capacitor. My husband went in to get the part and all he did was want to sell a whole new pump. This was yesterday Monday May 20th. We ordered the part from Amazon instead. Our pool guy is out of town and he told us what to get and how to install it. We will switch to the Leslies in Rockwall and hope for good knowledgeable service. The guy at Mesquite did not even know the part was a capacitor, my husband had to tell him. Not helpful. I have contacted Leslie's corporate online before and they never got back with me. Very disappointed. 2 strikes now.”
“Leslie's is well stocked. Not all stores are full service. Has knowledgeable staff. Field Technicians are well trained. Owning a pool(cement pond) is expensive!”
“Great experience, definitely will be back ! Kristy is very knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly.”
“They dont even try it to find my part...the manager at the store was trying to tell me that they need to order the part and its going to cost 500$ ot more.... When on amazon i got a new pump set with everything i need x 125$... Very disapointed that local stores dont take the time to help cst and they just guess prices... That its why people kerp buying online and more retail keep closing...sad...”
