“I don’t write reviews often but I feel the need to share what a wonderful experience we’ve had with Miracle Pool Service. We moved into our house several months ago with our very first pool and had absolutely no idea how to take care of it or even how any of the equipment worked. The team at miracle pool were so amazing and explained everything to us. They brought some things to our awareness that needed to be repaired and also some things that could be repaired but weren’t totally necessary so that we could pick and choose our priorities to repair. When I asked about converting to saltwater system they were extremely honest and gave me good info about the benefits/costs (which I ultimately decided not to convert) instead of just selling me a super expensive system. They really put the customer first, deliver excellent quality maintenance services, and build trust with their clients to keep them for life versus upselling constantly and putting pressure on clients to buy things they don’t need. I feel like that’s pretty rare these days! We will be loyal Miracle Pool Service clients for years to come!”

“We have used Miracle Pool for 3 or 4 years now. They always have been great. We call them in spring to come clean out the fall leaf mess and have always been on it and get our pool ready for summer. This year we had a huge mess. We cleaned out ourselves but no matter what we did nothing worked so decided it was time for new filtration system. Called Miracle Pool to come out and give a quote on a new DE system on Friday, they came out on Monday with a quote and said would be out on Monday the 11th to replace. Came home early yesterday Wed the 6th and he had system replaced and had it running and already huge improvement. We have scheduled them to come out now every week to stay on top of it. Will never change pool companies. Definitely staying with Miracle Pool.”

And asked if the tech could call me before they came out, that never happened. Now the route is full and are refusing to service us. Just a letter cancelling the service, no phone call. I have lived in Rowlett for MANY years. I will make sure no one I know uses these people.”
