“The staff at Ducky’s pools have been outstanding. We recently bought a bullfrog swim spa from them. Even though we’re an hour away from the store we felt that they had the most knowledgeable and friendly staff so we purchased from them. We were not disappointed in the experience. “I brought a Polaris in to be fixed today. Until now, we’ve been working with Leslie’s and replaced a lot of parts and it still was not working, so I brought it in to Ducky’s. They diagnosed and fixed it in under 20 mins, and the price was very reasonable. The staff were super friendly and helpful too. Ducky’s is locally owned and you can feel it in the way they treat customers. This is my new go-to place for any future pool needs. “It's a really nice store with friendly staff, but their phone interface leaves a lot to be desired. You have to listen to a bunch of options before you get all the way to the end of the options to tell you the press zero to talk to somebody, and when you press it you get directed to nowhere. The first option should be to press 1 to speak to somebody in the showroom, and then it should never go to a voicemail during operating hours.”
