“Felix from Ladner’s Pool came to service the above ground pool that we inherited with the purchase of our new home. He bought our pool back to life after the water was filled with algae and out of sync. Not only was he very professional and friendly, he was also knowledgeable and taught us everything we need to know about keeping up our pool. He bought us a starter kit to help maintain the pool which eliminated us from having to go to store for supplies. He took his time to answer all our questions and really made it simple. Any other high end pool store will convince you to buy chemicals you don’t need. These guys are truly honest and will give you the best advice without throwing away your money. “They were so helpful when I went in with absolutely no idea what I was there for. They didn't just sell me what I thought I needed (or was told by someone else I needed). Even though it took a little more of my time and theirs to do the water tests over several visits, they wanted to make sure that I got exactly what was needed to keep our neighborhood pool balanced and safe for use. They explained what was happening in the pool chemically so I not only understood what I was getting, but why it was the next step. I needed my pool pump checked out because I was wondering why the heating for my pool didn't work and they came over and explained to me what was wrong with the pump and what I could do for it. They gave me plenty of options and professional opinions and were very kind to me. “Not sure where to start... to say they provide horrible field service is an understatement... guy shows up at my house DOESN'T DO ANYTHING, proceeds to tell me to pour 6 scoops of shock charges me for a "class" and leaves. I'll take some responsibility because I continued to spend my hard earned money here due to proximity to my home. Finally, I'm told about the store on Veterans... day and night. I never looked back. Even if it means driving out the way.”

“First of all I would like to say that I have used Ladner's for a couple of repair issues in the past based on the recommendation of a friend. I was satisfied with my experience on both occasions. My last experience has caused me to look elsewhere for my pool service needs. On October 20th, I called to arrange a service call to address some issues with my pool equipment. I did not receive a call back so I called again on the 24th. I was told that Michael would call me back. He did and we arranged for him to call me the following day, the 25th, after he conducted a pool school for a customer. I never received a call. I called Ladner's again on November 9th and was told to call Michael directly and was given his cell number. After 2 calls and a text were not answered I called the office again today to see if there was someone else who could help me. I was told no that he was the only technician. I told the young woman answering the phone that I would have to look elsewhere then. She seemed unfazed by this either because she really didn't care about my business or she has been hearing this a lot. I own a service business and I can’t imagine ever treating a customer so poo”

“Rip off artists!!! They sabatoged my acid feeder and hot tub! The hot tub is leaking from every repair! The acid feeding system cut up the plastic feeder tube into many pieces!! Stay away from these rip off artises they do not stand behind thier work!@ The plaster job on my pool is horrendus they were grinding and left grinder marks all over the bottom and sides!@!! I will post the pictures soon~!~”

“Ladner's Pools is the only place I will buy my pool chemicals. They have people who really know what they are talking about when answering my questions. I was recently having problems with my pool turning green. They tested my water using high tech spin disc and wrote down all the steps for chemically treating my green pool. I followed the directions and the next day my pool was blue. Ladner's Pools also put me on this Bioguard program that makes maintaing my pool easy. All I have to do now is add one Bioguard Silk Smart Stick to my pool skimmer basket, one pound of the Smart shock, and a few ounces of the algaecide once a week. I have tried other pool stores in the past and they didn't want to be bothered or didn't know what they were talking about. Ladner's Pools knows what they are talking about! Thanks.”
