They then came out the very next day to completely fix it, explaining everything as they went. They worked as clean as possible and didn't leave a mess. And they even had to cut our flooring and bust up some concrete! Couldn't be more pleased with the work and professionalism of this company.”

“My experience was not a very good one. First of all I let them know my water was running and they still said they couldn't come out til the next day. One problem was the shower handles wouldn't shut the water off. When he was done he called and said the job was completed. Never said he was coming back to replace with new ones. I came home the water was leaking twice as bad and I had 2 used handles that were different one plastic and one silver, both looked like they came out of someone elses home. I then went to shut the water off again. I called, she said she couldn't get in touch with the tech til the next day. Next day she called and said I would have to wait 2 days to get replacement parts. I told her we only had one shower. It didn't seem to matter. Called another company that came out that same night and fixed the problem. After all we do have 3 large stores that carry what was needed to fix the problem. Bottom line in my opinion, they do not care about the customer. Oh second problem was to unstop the washer drain pipe. He did do that. I will never use this company again.”

“My home warranty company uses this company. I had a HORRIBLE experience!!! They were rude, disrespectful and NOT clean. They left a HUGE mess in my home. Had HORRIBLE attitudes. They came out a total of 3 times and on the last visit they busted a pipe. When called back to complete the work, the guy stuck his head down into the crawl space and "CLAIMED" I had asbestos in my home. He was seriously down there for less than 2 MIN!!!!!!!! I had to call a different company to have them tell me that there is NO way to 100% diagnose asbestos, without sending a sample to the lab. He contacted the warranty company and claimed that the work would not be completed, because he did not want to put his guys in danger. ( I would agree to this IF this were the true statement) My home warranty company sent out a 2nd opinion company and they confirmed there was NO asbestos in the home and that it would take YEARS of experience to be able to make the assumption of asbestos. I have been given the run around by this company. I DO NOT recommend this company. Even if they were the last plumbing company around, I would NOT use this company what so ever!!!! HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!!!!!!”
