“I had a great experience with these guys. They were easy to work with, communication was amazing. I had to have them come out twice and my technician was amazing. Holton Cowan was his name. If you use ASP, definitely ask for him. If I could give a 10-10 I would.”

“I would like to share a wonderful experience that I had with ASP employees Brad Cole and Terrell Harris. I called ASP inquiring about some issues I was having with my pool to Terrell Harris was very professional, kind , courteous and a very good listener. He took my information and contacted Brad Cole and gave him my information about my situation. Brad Cole , called prior to arriving and we talked about 15 minutes while in route. He was welcoming throughout the enter conversation. Once he arrived and introduce himself again he began to work on the issue at hand trying to solve the situation. He made numerous phone calls to see if i the filter tank had manufacturing issue in order to get it replaced . The tank had manufacturing issue. He gave me an assignment to get the model number on the tank due to it being missing on the tank. He went above and beyond to assist me. I haven’t had professional service like that in a very long time. I really appreciate the hard work he put in assisting and I will definitely be recommending him and Terrell Harris to other family members and friends. They are gems!”

“When I found ASP, my life became so much easier. I have no idea how many times I have called for help over the years, but one time stands out. I was walking through The Magic Kingdom with my family and I got a call from a neighbor. He told me my pool pump was making noises he had never heard before. I asked him to turn it off and he did. I immediately called Brad at ASP and told him of my situation as I was on the first day of a 7 day vacation. Brad said he would check it out. He called me to inform me I needed a new pump. He asked me what I wanted and I had no idea. I told Brad to pick me one he thought was necessary for my 20x40 pool. I got home the next week and my pool was still sparkling clean and I had a new pump that was working beautifully. Some companies would take this opportunity to get all they could and take advantage of the customer. Brad is not that guy. I was very happy with the price I paid. If you want to pay too much for not enough, use other companies. If you want someone to build a relationship with and that learns what you want out of your pool, you need to call Brad and ASP”
