“Feb 2026 Decking pavers are sinking into the soil due to lack of proper compaction no warrnty we have called the office may times - always the same story "someone will get back with you. Storm last night has filled the pool to almost over full called Blue Haven office an told the over full drain should have prevented overfilling. we requested a warranty repair since the pool is still under warranty. Was told we would have to pay for a service call, and no one was available and no sense of urgency on their part. Considering if the pool overflows the liner would be ruined and the plywood form would become waterlogged Our salesperson Chess did a fantastic job with presenting the features and benefits of Blue Haven pools which was more professional than any other pool companies Which only want to sell PRICE vs. VAUE which were not always lower in price. The pool is beautiful and is all that Chase sold us on. The true value is Filtration system whch never has to be "Back flushed" which is low maintenance and lot less in chemical needs.Before making a purchase decision with another pool company compare filtration system in annual chemical material cost and labor time to perform maintena”

“While it took much, much longer for them to finish our pool installation than predicted (due to bad yard drainage and terrible weather), they were consistent and completed the job. A year or so ago, we were interested in getting a pool, so we called some of the local companies (I won't name them, but there were 3 others that we called), none of them were very friendly, nor did they act like they cared if they got our business...so we gave up (also, we somehow missed that Blue Haven existed, not sure how). Fast forward to this year, a friend referred Blue Haven in Prattville, so I called. INCREDIBLE FIRST IMPRESSION. Since then, EVERYONE (office staff, designer, project manager, workers) I have spoken to throughout the process, has been super helpful, friendly, and professional. From the beginning, Don Buchanan got us started and was super responsive and super forthright.
