“The guys just delivered and set up our new Hot Springs Envoy. The set-up was quick and they stayed until I was intimately familiar with the tub and how everything works, to include chemicals. Would definitely recommend to anyone”

“Absolutely horrible pool company. I’ll keep this as short as possible. We had our pool installed in March 2025. During excavation, they unknowingly dug directly on top of a natural spring. Once they poured the pool bottom, they installed a sump pump beneath the concrete and also placed a temporary pump to remove water so the concrete could dry. That temporary pump ran nonstop for 4–6 days and never stopped pulling water—clearly showing there was a significant amount of groundwater beneath the pool. At that point, proper drainage systems should have been installed, but they weren’t. A few weeks after the pool was completed, the first heavy rain caused the liner to float. They came back, reset the liner, and claimed the issue was due to improper yard grading, saying water was running under the concrete. They recommended shallow drains, which would not have solved the problem. By this time, we had already redone the yard and laid sod, so regrading again would have been extremely expensive—and unnecessary. We had multiple heavy equipment operators (who deal with grading daily) come out, and every one of them confirmed the issue was coming from the natural spring beneath the pool—no”

“Seethe pictures. My family purchased a swimming pool and paid $40K for it. We built a brand new home with no issues with drainage. After the pool was installed we started to see drainage issues. I called and spoke to Roger about it. He stated it was the builders fault. We had no issues with rainwater draining until the swimming pool. The problem is they used their pool guys to redo our yard after installment. $5,000 later and installing a French drain I still haven’t heard from ANYONE on how they plan to rectify this. I’ve been waiting for months. All is well until the check is signed and they have their money. If I could leave negative stars I would. I should have known better when I came home and saw the same guys who installed the pool regrading the yard and laying sod. UPDATE: I was told Roger was waiting on me? I have reached out and explained to him I’d be available all week to speak with. Of course, no response. I’m not sure why this has to go on a google review. If I were inquiring about pool installation I couldn’t keep them off my phone. I’ll be posting update until this is resolved.”

“I called Hughes Pools in Montgomery late on a Friday afternoon and Cody took my call. I was having troubles with my breaker tripping off. Cody was so helpful and patient with me trying to get the hot tub re-started. I know I called near closing time but he was patient and worked with me trying to get it repaired. He said he already had a trip to Enterprise on the books for Monday and he and Kendall would come by on Monday. They came by and it was a quick and inexpensive fix. : ) I am so appreciative of both of them having the expertise and knowledge to get me up and running in record time. “Today was my first store visit after using Leslie’s for years due to a more convenient location. However, today I have stopped being a Leslie’s customer. I tested my water at Leslie’s last week, added the recommended chemicals, and then retested today. My pool was supposedly in worse shape and I needed to add three MORE chemicals. I then tested it at Hughes and they said I just needed a little more chlorine. The helpful and friendly employee patiently went through a long discussion with us and looked at both results and noted how Leslie’s has smaller ranges (convenient for more chemical adjustments). She also argued that No Phos was worthless. It was also so refreshing to engage with a friendly employee who sounded happy and didn’t get on her cell phone while working in the store. Also, a part I needed for my Polaris was $5 less than at Leslie’s 💙 I’ve put the test results in the photos so you can get an idea for yourself of the differences, including how my pool was 70 percent good one week but after adding more chemicals according to Leslie’s directions it actually got worse 😡”

Everyone has been so pleasant to work with & the job they have completed has exceeded my expectations. We were told it would take 1-2 months to complete depending on weather but they were out here everyday working to get the job done & we were swimming in less than 3 weeks. “Update: Cody contacted me yesterday. He asked me to drain the spa so they could replace the malfunctioning part. Today I was notified when they were about 10 minutes out. Cody and Kindall arrived on time and immediately got to work. The repair was completed quickly and they stayed to confirm full operation once the spa was filled. “Recently purchased a Freeflow Mini spa from the Hughes Enterprise location. After getting power installed by a local electric and plumbing company, on power up, the spa had a fault code indicating a bad heater and sensors for the heater. Ryan from the Enterprise location quickly contacted Cody from the Montgomery location. I received a call within two hours of the fault and Cody came the next day to repair the spa.
