“We hired Mr. Pool to replace our pool liner, and unfortunately, the workmanship was very poor. During installation, there was an incident where a worker fell, leaving a noticeable imprint in the liner. Additionally, the cutouts for the jets and intake were made before the pool was filled, which resulted in significant wrinkling throughout the liner. Although the company returned to attempt to stretch the liner and remove the wrinkles, the issue was not resolved. The liner remains visibly wrinkled, and the areas where the initial cutouts were made continue to leak. After the pool was filled, we discovered ongoing leakage. The company came back and applied a white patch to the bottom of our blue liner, which is both highly noticeable and unprofessional in appearance. We were also charged for this repair, despite the issue stemming from the original installation. Unfortunately, the patch did not fix the leak. Additionally, many of the liner retaining inserts were left on a table instead of being properly installed, and several of the ones that were installed have since fallen out. “I recently relocated to Alabama and was in dire need of a pool for some relief from this heat! Enter Mr Pool - Everett H came to my house and proposed an estimate and options quickly and efficiently. After some hesitation, I decided to go forward with the installation. Overall, given my circumstances, I would say it was a fairly pleasant experience. Pros: * The laborers were excellent and hardworking * The pool was completed as laid out in the contract * overall a good experience * change requests were honored and completed As with most projects, changes come up and new requests, and Everett handled them with grace and tried to honor my requests. Cons: * Communication felt rushed and disjointed. I would have liked a project plan with timelines and expectations. I found myself asking what the next step was and when would it be completed often. A simple document like here are the construction steps you can expect and how long they may take. Everett answered all our questions and provided helpful suggestions that led to final pricing for a beautiful pool that stayed within our budget and his involvement didn't stop at the sale. Everett was our primary contact throughout the construction process where their specialized construction crews (not subcontractors) efficiently and professionally built each phase from excavation to the security fence. He is a true professional from the first text and call telling me he was on the way, all the way through adding shock to get my pool usable again after the motor has been replaced. “Please do not hesitate to use Mr Pool for construction of your new pool! Each step of the pool building process was perfect..From Everett, our design and sales consultant to Robert, our pool commissioning and “pool school” professional! I was told it would be a 4-5 week process but my pool was actually built in only 3 weeks. Mr Pool has a different crew for each step of pool building process. Each team is very proficient from the “dig day” crew to the crew that prepares your lawn for landscaping. Each person that works for Mr Pool is respectful of your property and your home during the build process. All my questions were always answered immediately and professionally. I wish that I could give them a higher rating than 5 stars!”

“Who do you call when you realize the pool man you have been using, knows nothing about pools!! MR POOL! That’s who ! I had gotten a new liner installed and the installer did not put my under water light back in. He just left a hole where the light should be, when the pool was filled back up… the liner was sucked into the hole, which was at the very least going to stretch it out and worst case rip!! Nate at Mr. Pool said they would fix it and he sent TODD, the hardest working man I have ever seen. I forgot to say I also had broken concrete he fixed! “From the start Mr. Pool was very responsive. Cole S. was my point of contact and responded with every single question I had. Cole even came out to the house a few times before the build started to make sure we were all on the same page. The company notified me every time they were on the way out to finish another part of the project. Cooper and Robert handled the pool school after all was done and could not have explained the pool maintenance process better. “Second review: 2025 Pool review Second Exceptional Experience with Mr. Pool (Dothan, AL area) Mr. Pool installed our first pool in the late summer of 2022 for our “forever” home. Little did we know my husband would accept an incredible job opportunity in South Alabama, requiring a move with our family. A pool at our new house became a must! Once again, we turned to Mr. Pool, and they did not disappoint (winter of 2024). They genuinely have the pool-building process down to a science. My husband’s main hesitation with a pool was always the maintenance, but Mr. Pool creates nearly maintenance-free designs. They installed numerous jets to keep the water moving, ensuring debris is directed straight to the skimmers. “We hired Mr Pool to do an inspection prior to buying a house, and I would give zero stars if that was an option. To begin, it's impossible to get anyone to answer the phone (finally I found someone in billing on the third try). When they finally came out, hey probably spent 10 minutes looking at the pool, took a couple of pictures, and charged $250 for a single page of paper. I don't get paid $1500/hour, but these guys do! Of course they missed the important things, like the leak in the pool. Honestly, I don't know if I could be less impressed.”

“We had a pool installed by these guys and i can't say enough how satisfied we are with them. They went above and beyond many times with our install. This company does business the old school way. Like companies used to do. They just had an attitude that things were going to be done right. And they were going to do it right the first time. And above all, us being satisfied was genuinely in their interest. I think i was most impressed when the guy was turning it over to us. Right before he told us goodbye he pulled out a marker, wrote his name and personal number on the inside door of our automated system and begged us to call or text him with any questions we come across. “After many phone calls to pool companies for two years to have someone come and give us an estimate on renovating our old tired pool. I finally found Mr pool in April 2022 and called. I was asked to check back on the fall. I called middle of October and Joe called me right back. He came to our house within a few days his call, sent an estimate over and within two weeks crews showed up ready to begin. Each day we received a text telling us crew wás on the way and what was being worked on. Well organized and everyone knew their job. My old tired pool didn't make the renovation and collapsed. No biggie for mr pool, hauled in clay, redug and by thanksgiving we had framed pool in place. Week before Christmas we had a running completed pool. Just need some instructions on maintenance and care for salt system in form of a booklet to help beginners with chemicals. Joe has been very helpful each time we have called with questions. Very impressed with ALL we had contract with.”

“We are very pleased with our pool that Mr. Pool installed. It was a pleasurable experience from the start to the finish. Cole was a great salesman. He answered all of our questions and did not try to push any extra accessories on us. He allowed us to make our own decisions. Then Drew and his crew did and excellent job of installing it. I was amazed at how well they all got the job done. It was like watching a well oiled machine. And all of the workers were so nice and seemed like they really enjoyed what they do. At the end, Cooper took us through Pool School. He taught us a great bit, but he said if we needed help to give him a text. I have and he has always been quick to respond. “What a breath of fresh air to get a professional contractor that actually accomplishes what they promised to do to perfection. Worked mostly with Everett on the new construction side for our pool build and he was great and understood that I was very particular and he had every answer and solution that I needed. Cooper did the finishing work and “Pool School”, highly suggest the Pool school the modern technology is awesome and he knows how to explain it simple and accurate. As a small business owner myself I was very impressed. We got a great pool, All new modern technology equipment. “Edit #2 I have included images. Please note that mr pool has failed to inspect my installation and is hiding behind false words. Please see over 50ft of cracked concrete, uneven concrete cracking and seperations. Concrete laid next to wood and wood siding, improper burial of gas lines and hook up lines, the upgraded diving board I paid for. Would not recommend to anyone. I considering this is my second pool. This is embarrassing EDIT: 11/16/22 RESPONSE TO RYAN WILLIAMS REPLY -I am happy that you finally have returned communication, if the only way you will do it is when I leave a google review I guess this is what I will do. 1) I am glad you write here that you personally handled the project, when was the last time that you set foot on my property and inspected the work? 2) As the person responsible for the project why have you failed to return text, phone and email communication from me? 3) There are items in the contract that you signed that were not delivered or completed 4)There were additional items you agreed to complete that you were unable to complete and I had to get another contractor. 5)Why did you fail to come and inspect the damage that I notified you of that was cau”
