“Here are my before & after photos. Our pool is an odd shape and Johnny did a great job. He had to replace the entire liner track with a different kind (made of aluminum) as the original (made of plastic) had disintegrated in some areas causing the previous liner (Mr. Pool installed 6 years ago) to come out of the track. I told Johnny & Nick I did not want this happening again, and they found us a solution. It was an extra cost, of course, but it was also extra work for them and Johnny did a good job. I gave 5 stars because overall I am happy with the outcome and Johnny was very nice and responsive to any concerns I had. I do have to say though…Nick (I think Johnnys dad) could be a bit nicer. He was who I dealt with at first and made me feel I was a bother and that my odd shaped pool was a nightmare. I’m sure they have a lot going on and are very busy, so I do understand sometimes we all have these days. The Swimming Hole was a lot cheaper than anywhere else, this was my reason for initially going with them and although I was a bit skeptical after reading some reviews, I am very happy with the job he did and I saved some money.”

They went above and beyond with the pool pump (i was having issues with overheating), and came out on a Sat (short notice), to make sure I was up and running through the weekend (replacing the failing pump multiple times to determine the cause).
