“We resurfaced along w some remodeling our pool w Township. They did an outstanding job. Casey Lee knows all the ins and outs, doesn’t really sale, he teaches & informs. He was great to work with. Mike, the owner, even gets involved before, during & after. Casey along w Mike had several great suggestions we took along w telling us when we didn’t need to do something. Bryan, our tech does great work opening the pool & weekly service thru Total Pool their sister company. Great experience!”

We were a little apprehensive after dealing with other companies on other projects, but y'all showed and did what you said you were going to do. It shows how much you care about your customers. Mike and Natalia were able to answer any questions we had about the project or contractors. Once the project switched to completion phase Kevin took over and has done the same. “The website inquiry I made was ignored, so I called for an appointment. Nice guy came out, took measurements & showed us samples of pool & patio coatings & surfaces. Said he’d be in touch in a few days with quotes… that was 3 weeks ago. I had hoped for better, but one star is generous in this case. My faith in Township Pools to follow through on sales and/or services is nonexistent. I don’t appreciate them wasting my time, but thankfully there are plenty of other options in Montgomery county.”

From the design work done by Danielle to the constant status updates from Natalia and the daily visits from Mike (at least once a day) we are 100% satisfied. There are not many companies where the owners take as much pride and personal ownership of their work product. Mike was onsite every day of the build and always just a phone call or a text away if there were any concerns during the project. All of the crews and Township employees who worked on the project were extremely kind and courteous to my curious kids throughout the build process. “After interviewing several reputable pool builders in the area we are so glad that we decided to go with Township Pools. Danielle helped design our pool and she was very responsive and never complained about all the changes I kept making 😬 If she told me she’d have the design or design changes done by a certain date she followed through on her word and I either got it beforehand or on the date as promised. After narrowing down our choices we sat down with Danielle and one of the owners, Natalia. She was very warm and welcoming and explained to us what the process would entail. We’re first time pool owners so this was all new to us. After leaving their office we had a pretty good feeling that we would select them and signed our contract shortly after. From the moment we signed our agreement and had our design confirmed the team at Township pools took care of everything. (They even helped us identify a service to relocate our electric line which needed to be done) We some challenges outside of anyones control building a pool in Q3 2021 as the supply of certain components was delayed due to the issues impacting the global supply chain. I had these issues happening to me in my professional life so I appreciated what it took for Natalia and their team to get parts in and complete the job in a timely manner. We also used their service for cleaning the pool and that Team is also a top-notch ygroup. “We spoke with about 6 different pool companies and decided to go with Township. This ended up being a great decision. They were the middle of the road as far as price, but exceptional on timeliness, professionalism and responded to all of our questions and concerns quickly. We really appreciated working with Mike and Natalia and everyone else there. Update to the pool July 2024, We have had multiple issues with the pool lights and now we have tiles or coping completely loose around the pool. Electrical work had to be redone and now i am having to redo tiles. I would say the work is shoddy. Build process was great, but this is not. I changed my rating. Pool is less than 4 years old.”

“When we decided to build a pool, we solicited bids from Township and one other pool company based on customer reviews. We expressed a specific budget for our pool to both companies. While the other company came back with a nice design, they were about $12,000 over what we had asked for. Hannah came back with a great design and right in line with what we wanted to spend. Needless to say, we went with Township. Pool looks great and the whole gang at Township have been great to work with. Mike, Natalia, Hannah, Andrew, Louis and Austin have all been very responsive and helpful whenever we have had any questions or concerns. Great people, great company.”
