“Jake was great. Very friendly and answered all my questions. All though I not sure that my problem was solved. My problem was my pump wasn’t primming and it’s still not primed.”

“Not sure where to start. I purchased a new liner and a hot tub in 2023. As it was late in the season, I suggested they wait until the the next season. Both were finally installed this season. Neither are up and running. The pool is set to be closed, I haven’t contacted them yet, I have some things going on, plus I need to talk to them about compensation. I mentioned it once before and never heard back. It’s almost like they ignored me. Good luck.”

“Jake and his crew did an outstanding job finding our leak very quickly. They took care of the problem and we’re in and out in a most efficient way I was thankful to have such professionals come and repair our leak. He was also able to point out some things that we need to take care of as well.”

“I can't think of a worse possible experience. One and one half years ago I gave them a four thousand dollar check to get the ball rolling for a new liner. Later on we decided to have them refinish our pool steps too. Next June four workers showed up and i nstalled the new liner, did a fine job of that. Well only two of them knew any english, they were having to read the directions on the product for the step refinishing. It was like a two part mix. I did not stay and watch do this much of this but it now obvious they did not have any idea how to do this. One month after the initial coat, the steps were still tacky, I don't think they knew to mix the two parts together. Any way it would take at least two coats if done right. Later that summer some guy showed up and tried to clean off the initial coat, but all that did was splatter white specks everywhere, the whole pool turned white as milk. Still their are white specks stuck to the bottom of my pool. Now all they do is lie and give me a run around. They do not take care of their screw ups.”

I got a quote from them for a vinyl pool, which is the cheapest of all options, and they came in 20k higher than the other quotes (Jeremy Jennings on Facebook and one out of Memphis) The long and storied history of delivering poor service to their customers as prior reviews show are another red flag. What's worse is that they try to push needless add-ons at almost double the price as you can get the exact same on amazon. What?!) Jonesboro has money but I'm sure there aren't enough suckers to keep them in business for much longer. No thanks.”

She was extremely knowledgeable and I learned an incredible amount of information to help maintain my pool. She is very professional, friendly, and went out of her way to answer all questions. I would recommend this for anyone who has a pool and wants learn how to keep it clean. 10/24/25 - Dan and Brian did a wonderful job closing my pool for the winter. Dan had to do a little bit of extra work on the pipes leading to and from the heater. He hopes to continue on it when he comes out in the spring. They were both Polite, professional, friendly and detailed oriented.
