“The BEST!! Guillermo and Ruben’s team showed up within 24 hours of me initially requesting help with my pool! Burton installed a SWG (saltwater chlorine generator) improperly and my pool was a mess! They showed me the problem and taught me how to work it, and had the pool looking beautiful in just a little over a day! So grateful for their quick and competent services! “I want to say that These guys were fantastic very professional very thorough did things that Burtons Pool did not do when they were closing down my pool. And have offered to help us in other ways. I will have them back to open my pool and close my pool and open my pool and close my pool and on and on and on, thank you Ruben and your staff. See you in the spring. Did want to say that if you notice they didn’t have the cover pulled tight around the steps because we personally I have an a problem with the hand rail. He has offered to help us get that off if needed and will come back to finish attaching that cover. Just one of the extra things that he has offered to do. Just wanted to make sure y’all didn’t think that he left that because he did not. I want to also add that he took off my salt chlorine generator that has never been taken off in three years and told me to store so it didn’t freeze or get damaged. Put chemicals in my pool for the winter that has never been done. I’m just telling you he’s a five star. Burtons has really disappointed me. So venture out you may find your being taken. financially.
