With that said, stay far away from ASP, NWA friends! The NWA franchise is an absolute disaster. I audited their contract paperwork, and it is nothing short of a predatory, loophole-riddled document engineered to demand a massive 45% upfront before the pool shell is even shot, while guaranteeing zero start or completion dates. It forces automatic price hikes, strips homeowner leverage, and legally shields them from liability, even in the event that their defects cause structural damage to your project or your property. They even charge a mandatory fee just to inspect their own potentially broken warranty work. Out of a dozen local bids, these terms were the most lopsided and egregious. The principal owner has zero verifiable experience, seems too busy with side hustles to return phone calls, and relies on flashy franchise branding to mask a lack of finished work in Northwest Arkansas. When I requested standard, industry-baseline contract protections and milestone progress metrics, they panicked. They lacked the professional courag”

“We are sooo beyond grateful that we found this company after using millions of Bentonville incompetent local business pool service and left with a mess (there is one that forgot to turn the water off, another one told us that they couldn’t wait by the pool while filling up the water - then expect us to turn the water off, while we are out of town), unreliable service and hefty charges on both service and chemicals. This company is the first one we have that delivers outstanding service and reasonable charges (they include the chemicals so no separate charges on those). They always provided photo of before and after too. Keep up the good work guys!! :)”

“I have used ASP for years but have been trying to get them to come repair a pool heater. Put the call in two weeks ago and had to call them back to get a follow up after a week. Then after repair was scheduled the tech cancelled the day of the appointment and did not reschedule. I had to follow back up again with them to find out when they were going to return and it was going to be several more days. Unfortunately, I have had to go with another company to carry out the repair. ASP’s customer service has been in decline as of recently.”

Dumb luck, I ended up with one of the best pool maintenance technicians I’ve met named Tyler, who goes above and beyond for his customers. He’s extremely friendly, well-kept, and knows how to do his job right. I’m fairly knowledgeable when it comes to maintaining my pool, but wanted supplemental help and am glad that I went with them. Their prices are very affordable especially for the amount of work that you can clearly see they do and this is a direct reflection of a well managed company. The owner Frank even took his time to address my concerns and was upfront about everything.
