I had a few bad experiences with other pool companies, and had been given a few outrageous quotes that made my head spin. Aqua Man came highly recommended so I gave them a call. Brian showed up on time and his team communicated everything very clearly. He helped me come up with a plan that was very effective & efficient. The time it took him to diagnose, and fix the problem was a clear demonstration of his knowledge and experience. “Beware of Deceptive Billing Practices We had a very disappointing experience with Aquaman Pool Repair and want to warn others to proceed with caution. We paid a full diagnostic fee for leak detection, after which Aquaman provided us with a written estimate of $1,550. We clearly approved this amount before any work began. However, once the repair was completed, we were suddenly sent a bill for $3,100—double the agreed price. When we requested proof of where this additional charge came from (emails, texts, or any form of approval), Aquaman could not provide any documentation. Instead, they claimed extra work was needed but failed to communicate or get approval beforehand. I personally spoke with Brian, who initially acknowledged via text to proceed with the $1,550. After we paid that amount in full, Aquaman continued to harass us over the remaining balance and even threatened to take us to small claims court. We formally requested evidence showing approval of the $3,100 charge, but none has been provided. Their repair was not 100% completed, we had to call another poor service out to rectify because the pool water flow was stopped. This experience raises serious concerns about ”

“I was at a loss with my pool. It had started becoming very cloudy and forming algae. I realized I didn’t have the proper water pressure coming from my jets and backwashing didn’t help. I called Brian and he fit me into his busy schedule very quickly. He was here at 8:00 a.m. the next morning. He explained what was happening with my pool. Not only was he knowledgeable and professional but he was also willing to answer questions not even related to the task at hand. He explained settings of our valves, answered questions about getting rid of black mold. I wouldn't advise using anyone else.
