“I really hate to have to share this but in November we purchase a new pump, we went to our Leslie's in Clear Lake & Gulf to Bay and asked about purchase of a pump since it was black Friday I asked the local store if the had any sales on equipment, I had been there before looking at the Intelliflo pump versus the Jacuzzi models in which it seemed like the sales personnel was preferring, I went with the Jacuzzi model not knowing that it wasn't compatible with my pool controller, at no time did anyone ask me about the controller, I was told that they did have a cyber Monday sale and could save 20% After the Leslie's installer came to install the pump so I could get the 5 year warranty, I was informed of the incompatibility issue, Leslie's sent someone to see what they could do and was told that they would make it right, long story short I've emailed the rep that came for the survey and haven't heard nothing back, so I'm stuck with having to go outside and cut the pump manually on/off, no freeze protection unless I turn the pump on. Buyer beware!!!!”
