Orbit Pool Leak Detection

Orbit Pool Leak Detection handles pool leak detection and repair from its base in Pasadena, Texas. Ozzy runs the operation and leads the team that serves the greater Houston area including The Woodlands, Conroe, Spring, Cypress and Katy. The company locates leaks through pressure checks and dye tests then carries out repairs such as installing cutoff valves, fixing leaks around pool lights and addressing issues at spa nozzles. Customers receive a written report that breaks down the findings and the cost of the work before any repairs begin.

Reviewers describe jobs where the crew found small cracks and hidden leaks that other companies missed, then completed fixes the same day or returned as needed without extra charges. Ozzy and the technicians have added valves to stop future problems, restored patio finishes after accessing spa lines and made small improvements during the visit. Homeowners note that the team explained the steps clearly, documented everything and left the area clean once the leak was stopped.

The company responds quickly, often scheduling appointments the same day and arriving on time even in bad weather. Reviewers mention fair and transparent pricing with no surprises on the final bill, plus follow-up visits at no charge to confirm the repair held. Service covers the listed Houston suburbs and the team works through access points like patios while keeping disruption to a minimum.

“Fast response and did a great job on the repairs.”

“Orbit know what they are doing. They are conscientious and do a proper job, leave no stone unturned, and their follow up service is amazing. They came back 3 times to double check on things, with no extra charge, even when i offered. Previously I had used American Leak Detectors, but unfortunately they didn't solve the problem and charged me a lot of money. American Leak Detectors had treated me offhandedly when I called them, and I didn't want to go through the unpleasantness of having to argue about the inadequate detection work they did. Although American Leak Detectors said their work was guaranteed. I decided to give Orbit a try instead. It was the best decision i could have made. The difference in service and attention was unbelievable. Orbit want to solve the problem for you, Ozzy the Director is proud of his work and really wants do a good job. He has an honest interest in wanting to solve the puzzle and fix the fault. This is a plus plus plus AAA 5 star company. I will use them all the time now if I have any leak issues. It really is a breath of fresh air to find a company that treats its customers fairly and with respect. Well done to Orbit, it is so good to feel that you”

“They were rally fast and profesional. The prices were fair and they fund a very good leak repair. I absolutely recommend them”

“I got 3 quotes. Orbit's price was very reasonable. I booked with them. The appointment was scheduled promptly, they showed up exactly when they said they would and finished the work in 4 hours. They had to go through the patio to access the leak on a spa nozzle. They minimized the size of the access point and did an excellent job of matching the patio finish so that the repair point is barely noticeable. Very friendly and professional. I will call them again if we have other issues.”
