“Great company, they just finished building me a complete custom pool. Great communication though out the entire process. Start was a little slow no fault of theirs (permits with the city and HOA) but once they started it went super fast. 5 weeks from start to finish. Very reasonable price. I had 3 quotes and picked them for their costumer service and great price. Very knowledgeable and boy did they deliver. Super happy with them, would definitely recommend to everyone.”

“First and foremost, this company is amazing at communication. They let you know when they’ll be there, what they’ll be doing, and then they show you everything that was done prior to leaving. “We had our pool built with Pool Vibes The whole experience was under 3 month! And the entire team was very responsive the entire team. From initial quote to handover, the team has been top amazing! After starting mid November and we were swimming in February when it got in the 80s (had to heat up the pool, totally worth that investment). Huge shout out to Liza & Trini, the PM for always answering questions and being on top of things. Dominic came up with great designs and they had these awesome pool maintenance videos where you can take of your pool yourself. They even included some free weekly pool maintenance for us! “They’re nice people who billed me $212 to give me $20,000+ bids for (many) unneeded / overpriced repairs. I could write a long review, but I can save space alerting you that many of these 5-star reviews are written by dubious accounts. (“Genuine User,” *** edit “Generic User” *** I’m looking at you!) Basically, a local pool company charged me about 1/3 to 1/2 their estimates for very similar services. My pool is now mostly fixed for 1/5 the price I was quoted by Pool Vibes. Yes, it still cost thousands of dollars to fix, just not tens of thousands. Oh yeah, the local company came out for free, wrote up a bill for a fraction as much, AND immediately caught that the salt cell needed replacing. Oddly, Pool Vibes told me that the salt cell was a gimmick and that it still worked, but I’d need to pay extra to make sure they were right—I’m not making this up. They also said they “weren’t about the money” about a half dozen times, then reminded me of extra services they offered and told me they recommended changing almost everything about my pool—like give me your credit card, we’ll make the pool we’d like. Bottom line, Pool Vibes are nice people in the business of charging a lot of m”

“Called Pool Vibes after getting the runaround from my original pool builder on an issue with my pool pump. I also had some broken tile on my coping that needed repaired. Pool Vibes came out to fix the tile, however due to the way the tile was broken, the fix didn't take and the tile pieces did not stay attached. I called them expecting to have to fight to get the tile fixed. Instead they were very pleasant and apologetic. I decided it would look better to replace the entire tile instead of trying to reattach the broken pieces. They were very prompt in coming back out to do the work. They did a great job fixing the tile and credited the cost of the first call out to the final repairs. This was quite refreshing to find a company that takes pride in making sure the job is done right. They also got my pool pump up and running with no issues. I will definitely call them for any future pool issues/repairs.”

“We have been with Pool Vibes since fall 2021. We get weekly cleaning, had our filter cleaned, and had our pool pump replaced by them. We are replastering our pool this spring and are considering them for the job as well. Chris cleans our pool weekly, Liza is our consistent point of contact for scheduling education and billing and Trini taught us Pool school when we initiated business with them (he taught us the fundamentals of our pool and even allowed me to video it with my phone for my reference).
