“Integrity Pool Repair installed a new multiport valve and unions on my pool system, which later developed a crack and began leaking. When I contacted Ann Chapman, the owner refused to inspect the issue and instead wanted to charge full price to fix it, claiming the warranty had just expired. I hired another pool company to inspect the valve, and their technician confirmed that the crack was caused by over-tightening during the original installation. This was clearly an installation error, not normal wear and tear. Because of this experience, I do not trust Integrity Pool Services. They showed a lack of experience and pride in their work, and I will not be using their services again.”

“Integrity pool repair recently came out to do a leak detection and repair a leak in our pool and spa. We had an excellent experience from start to finish! When we called to schedule we spoke to owner Ann, she was very helpful and got us on the schedule quickly! When our service technician arrived he was quick to identify the problem! He repaired the spillover from the spa and carefully repaired the grout making sure nothing stuck onto the tile. We also had a leak repair on the skimmer. They were able to lower the water level slightly and repair the leak seamlessly! Our technician was very helpful and respectful, explaining and showing us everything he was doing along the way! “$3K for Cavitation, Chaos, and Zero Integrity I paid $3,000 expecting professional-grade pool plumbing and got contractor-grade garbage instead. They installed a janky suction line layout with multiple sharp 90° elbows before the pump, causing cavitation anytime I pull from one line. They completely skipped installing an expansion joint at the skimmer, which is a basic requirement that even rookie pool guys know to include. The plumbing looks like it was done without any thought to flow, balance, or long-term performance. They clearly never tested the system, never checked for suction issues, and left me with something I had to diagnose and fix myself. This isn’t just sloppy — it’s borderline negligent. Since then, I’ve had a legit Hayward dealer and experienced pool construction manager come in to clean up their mess. Night and day difference in quality, professionalism, and actual knowledge. Bottom line: If you value your money, time, or sanity — stay away from Integrity Pool Repair. Their name is a joke, and their work speaks for itself.”
