“Needed a new o-ring for my Pentair 60 sqft de filter housing. Got to the counter and found out Leslie’s wanted $39 for the o-ring. Aqual pool online as well as Amazon wants $9-10 for the o-ring. Guessing one of the reasons filed chapter 8 bankruptcy”

“Leslie's corporate, there's always something going on wrong with this location. Either their printer is down and can't do a test results printout or the machine to test water is down or the chemicals we need are not in stock, etc, etc. Always something lacking at this store. On top of that there is a kid working the store when in fact we need someone with more experience. Please do something about this location! Consumers beware of this location and save yourself a trip”

They gave us a list detailing to us exactly what we needed to get our water right. I'd recommend them to anyone that wasn't to sure what they were doing because Leslie's made it easy for us. “If you are replacing a part be sure you know exactly what you need before you go in or you will make several trips back home to find the model numbers, etc. In general the staff is very nice and tries to be helpful. The prices are very high here. For example, I needed a new pool cleaner but the cost was almost double at Leslie's what it was on amazon. Easy decision there, order online. Even the pool floats seem to be a bit inflated in price.”

“Ms. Loren Hightower is the best, she very knowledgeable and gets to the point. I went in there with a broken vacuum pool cleaner and came out with new repairs that she had performed on the machine, it was like new. She save us hundreds just by talking to us and getting to the bottom of the problem. Every time I go in there I experience great customer service. I am glad to have this location close to me for my swimming pool needs!”

More money spent than necessary as each one said the other have me wrong advice. Each time they tested my water and handed me a print out of the results.”

Unfortunately, someone has placed a 30# limit on 3" round chlorine tablets for non commercial customers. While I can make return trips it will cost me more. I was allowed to purchase 100# of shock????”
