“If it wasn’t for the manager Serena this location will get a one star or less. Serena is very knowledgeable about different type of pool how the chemical should be used. Overall she does a great job educating me. For the owner of the business she is doing a great job.”

“In my opinion, their products are overpriced and are of poor quality. The only reason I go there is if I need something now, otherwise I'll order from another source and in my experience have gotten lower prices and parts that last much longer. Their service (sales people) is usually okay.”

“Great service! I come by to check Pool level to make sure it’s balanced. You take a sample over for staff to analyze. They alway provide a print out of instructions and products needed to keep you pool’s water at it best potential. Easy to follow instructions. We clean our own pool so it takes out the guess work about know if pool is good for swimming and above all safe! Staff are amazing.”

“I've been a frequent customer of this place but today, when my 3 yr old needed to go potty, the cleck denied our access to the WC. I've been there other times and my daughter went potty there. I think the clerk's attitude was really mean. This place doesn't deserve to have loyal customers if they mistreat people.”

“Salesperson- Bryan G has a really smart mouth. I had call the store 15 min before getting there looking for an specific part. Thinking that maybe they would have it in the front desk when I got there but no. Instead he took me to a section of the store and told me to look for it there. Long story short, he took to the wrong section when I couldn’t find it. I let him know his response was “ Didn’t you the wall of seal behind you”. Please work on your customer service.”
