“29 days from dig to swim!! We highly recommend Southern Texas Pools (Steven Garcia and Max) if you’re looking to build a pool in the Houston area. We got three quotes when we first decided to build a pool, and Steven stood out as the most organized, positive, and genuine of them all. It never felt like a sales pitch, but rather a passion for what he does. And it shows! From the pool design to managing contractors, communication, and answering all of our questions, the entire process was seamless…and fast thanks to the weather!! And of course, we LOVE our pool and spa! We made the decision to build on July 7th, digging started July 28th (after HOA approvals), and we were swimming by August 29th! Another huge plus was that STP handled all the sprinkler and sod repairs after construction. Truly a one-stop shop, and I didn’t have to coordinate with a bunch of different contractors to get our yard back together. Worth every penny! Get the quote, get the pool, life is short!”

“Overall, Steven and his team were great to work with. Our pool was completed in mid-August 2025. We were able to enjoy the pool for a couple of months during the summertime, and now we use the hot tub, which has allowed us to continue enjoying it through the winter. If you have room make sure you get a hot tub, spend the money it’s worth it. Also add glass and seashell to make the pool sparkle when the sun hits it we have enjoyed it. Communication with Steven was excellent from start to finish, which made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Anytime we had a question, Steven or Max were quick to respond and explain things clearly. I highly recommend his team for their quality work and strong communication. Steven was clear and to the point from the first time we met, all details and everything was covered from the first day , which is a big reason we went with him. His knowledge for the pool process was shown within minutes. Very soon after we signed the contracts everything was submitted to the city and hoa. Then the build started, which was quick and exactly as we were told. Even with 3 weeks of rain during the process , we finished in 7 weeks from the start of digging.
