“We completed our pool design and construction with Water Pointe Pools approximately 1 month ago. They are undoubtedly the most professional, responsive, and communicative team in the area. Jay and Aaron are exceptional. Each crew member arrived to work on a specific aspect of the construction and treated it as if they were constructing their own pool. The 2 tile professionals were mesmerizing to watch. Any concerns we had were immediately addressed. Our property was always immaculate at the end of each day. “Just finished our pool and patio with Waterpointe. Can't say enough about them. We were the typical nervous first timers, and there was not a question that these guys were not there to answer. They always pick up, respond or get back to you in a timely manner throughout the whole process. And it is a process, and we knew going in that there are going to be hiccups with any contractor, but the hiccups were small and these guys took care of them well. Even though we are done, I have not doubt that if I had any problems now, they would happily pick up and help. They stand behind their work and are very professional. “We recently had our pool and outdoor kitchen installed by Waterpointe pools! From beginning to end we could not have asked for a better experience. We have had a few friends putting in pools at the same time as us and their experiences compared to ours could not be any more different. Jay and Aaron are masters of communication and customer service.
