“Jason with Precision Pools was excellent. He mapped out what we can expect during our pool renovation, and the contract process was pretty seamless. Looking forward to working with this company.”

“Jayson was incredibly helpful, listened to my goals and recommended options for what I was trying to achieve, both things he could do and things he couldn't - instead of only trying to get a deal for himself. Really appreciated his kindness and support for our project!”

“Jason was thorough and informative during our evaluation. Precision pool restoration reputable company with years of experience.”

“Contacted them through their web site to do some work. The AI texted, and basically told me to call a number. So THAT's useful. Anyway, I finally got ahold of a human, told them what I needed (coping replacement around the pool). They told me that they would be happy to schedule a meeting to provide an estimate and go over everything, but that ALL DECISION MAKERS must be available at the meeting. I told them that I am the decision maker. They told me that if I am married, that my wife must be present at the meeting. I said "the meeting will be just me." They said that they couldn't do the meeting then. I don't know about you, dear reader, but when someone tells me how I must behave to GIVE THEM BUSINESS, then I run away. The human (Ellen) told me that they have been in business for 30 years in response to my push-back on the "decision makers" issue - in an apparent attempt to tell me how unreasonable I was being. I think I dodged a bullet here - but you make your own judgement.”

“Very open and honest i look forward to working with you guys Thank you very much for not messing with the cats😅”

“Jason was great with the expert advice, write up of estimate, and getting the project going.”

“Do not bother - really! First off they completely flaked their first appointment, no show, no call! Second try when I called to have them come out again (yea, dummy me), the technician showed up and said - Nope, we don't work on your kind of pool! However, I made it crystal clear in my intake call what I needed and the rep ASSURED me they could help. And be warned that this is the kind of company that makes you DOUBLE confirm appointments by not only texting and requiring a response (which is standard) but then also insisting on you calling back in to confirm again - even if you make the appointment for the very next day - lol.”

“Larry Super helpful and ready to get this pool working. Thanks Precision!”

“Precision Pool did an excellent job getting our pool back in shape. Edson and his crew were prompt and worked with us on getting the details we wanted taken care of.”

“Don’t agree to the first price. Wait a few minutes and they’ll come down 10k$. Can’t speak to their product the sale pitch was too sleazy to agree to work with them. They make it sound like they’re the only company who can do a re-plaster.”

“Excellent pool maintenance and great attention to detail. The pool stays clean, the water looks clear, and everything is left looking neat after each service vi “”
